We show a result on propagation of the anisotropic Gabor wave front set for linear operators with a tempered distribution Schwartz kernel. The anisotropic Gabor wave front set is parametrized by a positive parameter relating the space and frequency variables. The anisotropic Gabor wave front set of the Schwartz kernel is assumed to satisfy a graph type criterion. The result is applied to a class of evolution equations that generalizes the Schrödinger equation for the free particle. The Laplacian is replaced by any partial differential operator with constant coefficients, real symbol and order at least two.

Let $X$ be a space of homogeneous type and $L$ be a nonnegative self-adjoint operator on $L^{2}(X)$ satisfying Gaussian upper bounds on its heat kernels. In this paper, we develop the theory of weighted Besov spaces ${\dot{B}}_{p,q,w}^{\unicode[STIX]{x1D6FC},L}(X)$ and weighted Triebel–Lizorkin spaces ${\dot{F}}_{p,q,w}^{\unicode[STIX]{x1D6FC},L}(X)$ associated with the operator $L$ for the full range $0<p,q\leqslant \infty$, $\unicode[STIX]{x1D6FC}\in \mathbb{R}$ and $w$ being in the Muckenhoupt weight class $A_{\infty }$. Under rather weak assumptions on $L$ as stated above, we prove that our new spaces satisfy important features such as continuous characterizations in terms of square functions, atomic decompositions and the identifications with some well-known function spaces such as Hardy-type spaces and Sobolev-type spaces. One of the highlights of our result is the characterization of these spaces via noncompactly supported functional calculus. An important by-product of this characterization is the characterization via the heat kernel for the full range of indices. Moreover, with extra assumptions on the operator $L$, we prove that the new function spaces associated with $L$ coincide with the classical function spaces. Finally we apply our results to prove the boundedness of the fractional power of $L$, the spectral multiplier of $L$ in our new function spaces and the dispersive estimates of wave equations.

We define Schwartz functions, tempered functions, and tempered distributions on (possibly singular) real algebraic varieties. We prove that all classical properties of these spaces, defined previously on affine spaces and on Nash manifolds, also hold in the case of affine real algebraic varieties, and give partial results for the non-affine case.

In this article we prove an embedding theorem for inhomogeneous Besov and Triebel–Lizorkin spaces on $\text{RD}$-spaces. The crucial idea is to use the geometric density condition on the measure.

Let $\beta :\,C_{c}^{r}\,\left( G,\,{{E}_{1}} \right)\,\times \,C_{c}^{S}\,\left( G,\,{{E}_{2}} \right)\,\to$$C_{c}^{t}\,\left( G,\,F \right),\,\left( \gamma ,\,\eta \right)\,\mapsto \,\gamma \,*\,b\,\eta$ be the associated convolution map. The main result is a characterization of those $\left( G,\,r,s,t,b \right)$ for which $\beta$ is continuous. Convolution of compactly supported continuous functions on a locally compact group is also discussed as well as convolution of compactly supported ${{L}^{1}}$-functions and convolution of compactly supported Radon measures.

The purpose of this paper is to study the existence of periodic solutions and the topological structure of the solution set of first-order differential equations involving the distributional Henstock–Kurzweil integral. The distributional Henstock–Kurzweil integral is a general integral, which includes the Lebesgue and Henstock–Kurzweil integrals. The main results extend some previously known results in the literature.

In this paper, using the Schauder Fixed Point Theorem and the Vidossich Theorem, we study the existence of solutions and the structure of the set of solutions of the Darboux problem involving the distributional Henstock–Kurzweil integral. The two theorems presented in this paper are extensions of the previous results of Deblasi and Myjak and of Bugajewski and Szufla.

A harmonic function on the unit disc is of Beurling type ω if its Fourier (or Taylor) coefficients grow no faster than exp ω(|n|) as |n|→∞, where ω is a given increasing, concave function with ω(x)/x ↓ 0 as x → ∞. These harmonic functions are characterized by the growth rate of their L1-norms on circles of radius r as r → 1. The classical Schwartz result follows as a corollary by taking ω(x) = log(1+x). The Gevrey case is also included in the general result if one uses ω(x) = xα, 0 < α < 1.
