Plant Rich Diets
This collection of manuscripts published between 2015 and 2023 includes information on a range of studies related to research on plant based and sustainable diets. It includes papers from different countries and with a focus on many different aspects of sustainable diets such as diet quality, correlates, adherence, health outcomes, monitoring and evaluation and policy.
