Social anxiety disorder is a mental illness that often occurs in adolescents or early adulthood. When engaging in social interactions, students may feel shy, embarrassed, and uneasy, and thus unwilling to socialize in public. All leads to a gradual decline in their social functions. Many factors including growth environment, genetic factors, levels of neurotransmitters and hormones, as well as certain psychological shocks contribute to social anxiety disorders. In order to explore more treatment and intervention methods for social anxiety disorder, the impact mechanism and effectiveness of digital reading promotion activities in university libraries on college students’ social anxiety disorder were analyzed.

120 college students with social anxiety disorder in a certain university were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group participated in digital reading promotion activities in the university library. Before and after treatment, the patients were evaluated using Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale (LSAS), and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA).

After participating in reading promotion activities, the scores of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale, Social Anxiety Scale, and Symptom Checklist in the experimental group were lower than those before participation (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.

Digital reading promotion activities have a positive impact on social anxiety disorders among college students. Small-scale reading activities can encourage students to go out and socialize, help students establish confidence, help them change their irrational cognition, and overcome psychological fears.

Anxiety disorder is a neurosis characterized by anxiety. The etiology of anxiety disorder is complex. Many factors including genetic, neurobiochemical, neuroimaging, and psychological factors may all form the pathological structural basis of anxiety disorders. In order to find an effective way to intervene in anxiety disorders, this research was conducted to help anxiety patients alleviate anxiety symptoms through ceramic art design, and to analyze the impact mechanism and effect of the integration of visual beauty of color and ceramic design on anxiety patients.

150 students with anxiety disorders in a university were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received learning on ceramic art design that integrates visual beauty with color, and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Symptom Checklist (SCL90), and Modified Kupperman Table score changes were used to verify.

After learning ceramic art and design with integrated visual aesthetics of colors, anxiety patients in the experimental group showed a significant decrease in HAMA score, SAS score, and improved Kupperman scale score (P<0.05). Ceramic art and design had a significant relieving effect on the symptoms of anxiety patients.

Ceramic art design integrating visual aesthetics with color has a positive impact on anxiety patients. Anxiety symptoms present a significant improvement, with reducing fear, anxiety, tension, and unease. Physical symptoms such as chest pain, palpitations, palpitations, sweating, and sleep quality were also improved.

The software engineering course is essential for cultivating the abilities of computer major college students. It is an introductory course for software majors. The design purpose of the online software engineering course is to improve students’ teamwork and hands-on abilities in certain aspects. This study focuses on 30 college students with social anxiety disorder from the School of Computer Science and Technology of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Mental health education is an essential part of China’s current education industry. Its main task is to provide psychological education to students through scientific means, effectively improve their psychological quality, and thereby enhance their comprehensive abilities. In college English teaching, English education is also significant teaching content. Therefore, this study aims to integrate mental health education into college English teaching to improve students’ psychological barriers.

The study takes a class of students from a particular university as an example, combining English teaching with mental health education, and the experimental period is one semester. After the experiment, the student’s English learning situation was evaluated based on their exam scores, and the experimental data was analyzed using the software SPSS23.0.

This study adopted a randomized controlled trial to select two representative enterprises, in which one enterprise (intervention group) implemented the incentive means of innovation reform, and the other enterprise (control group) maintained the original management style. Incentives for innovation and reform mainly include providing more career development opportunities, improving the working environment, and enhancing employee welfare. In the current college environment, students’ mood disorders have become an increasingly important problem, affecting students’ learning efficiency and the overall school environment. Therefore, managing ideological and political education in colleges and universities can coordinate treating and improving students’ emotional disorders.

A randomized controlled trial was used to select 100 students with mood disorders in a university and divide them into two groups. The intervention group implemented the synergistic development strategy of ideological and political education and management, while the control group maintained the original teaching and administration. The collaborative development strategy mainly includes strengthening the effectiveness of ideological and political courses, increasing the participation of students, and improving the management system. During the study period, the self-rating Scale of mood disorders and the questionnaire on learning satisfaction were used to regularly evaluate the two groups of students. The analysis software is SPSS23.0.

The average MDQ score decreased by 35% in the intervention group, while the average MDQ score decreased by only 10% in the control group. Learning satisfaction increased by 25% in the intervention group, while there was no significant change in learning joy in the control group.

In today’s media environment, the role of new government media in social governance is becoming increasingly important. However, many scholars have studied and discussed how to adjust its role in the perspective of media convergence to alleviate the mania of social personnel.

A randomized controlled trial selected two communities as the intervention and control groups. Residents in the intervention group received relevant social governance information and services through new government media, while residents in the control group received conventional social governance services. The study period was one year, and data collection included baseline and follow-up data during and after the intervention. SPSS23.0 software was used for data analysis.

The improvement rate of mania symptoms in the intervention group was 72%, significantly higher than in the control group (48%). The proportion of improved quality of life (68%) was considerably higher than that of the control group (45%). The rate of social function recovery was 65%, significantly higher than 42% in the control group.

New government media can effectively help mania patients improve their symptoms and quality of life and restore social function in social governance. Therefore, we should make full use of the new media of government affairs and incorporate it into the social governance system to better serve the social personnel, especially the patients with mania.

College students face multiple challenges, such as information explosion, popularity of social media, and increased competitive pressure, which leads to social anxiety disorder in some of them. Marxist theory, as the guiding ideology of China, provides a perspective on the comprehensive development and self-realization of human beings. In recent years, the exploratory attempts of colleges and universities for Civic Education have become a focus of attention in the education sector as to whether they can effectively alleviate the social anxiety disorder of college students after incorporating Marxist theory.

Five hundred college students were selected as research subjects for the study. The experimental group was subjected to Civics education incorporating Marxist theory, while the control group received conventional Civics education. The research cycle was one academic year, using the SAS-A scale (Symptom Assessment Scale-adolescent), Negative Appraisal Fear Scale, and Comprehensive Interpersonal Relationship Diagnostic Scale. The experimental group received an aesthetic education course on integrating traditional culture into modern ceramic design, which lasted for three months, twice a week, for two hours each time. Nowadays, tourism has become an important pillar industry of national economic development. However, among college students majoring in tourism, some patients with mania have violent mood swings, and they are quickly troubled by pressure and anxiety, which brings certain troubles to their academic and career development. It is essential to study the treatment of manic college students in tourism majors.

In the experiment, 60 college students with common mania were selected as the research objects, and 30 were chosen as the experimental group. The treatment training mode of tourism management professionals under social psychology was adopted for half a year. The other 30 college students were used as the control group, and the traditional training mode of tourism management professionals was adopted for six months of treatment training.

The data were assessed using the irritability component of the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ), with higher scores indicating greater mania. The results showed that most undergraduates in the experimental group tended to be emotionally stable and less affected by stress and anxiety, with a comprehensive score of 10. However, more than half of the students in the control group still had overreaction and mania, and the total score was 19 points.

The results of this study will provide a valuable reference for the treatment of manic college students in tourism majors and provide specific guiding significance for the training of tourism management professionals.

Anxiety is a common mental health problem, especially among college students. Anxiety disorders seriously affect college students’ learning and quality of life and may lead to other mental health problems.

Educational psychology is integrated into the music appreciation course of public art education in colleges and universities, and an effective psychological intervention method is sought to optimize the psychological condition of students with anxiety disorders. In the experiment, 50 college students with anxiety disorders were studied, and 25 were treated for three months with art and music appreciation courses integrated with educational psychology. The other 25, as a control group, were treated for three months with a traditional art and music appreciation course.

The anxiety item of the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) was used to evaluate the mental health status of the two groups of college students. A group of college students with social anxiety disorder were selected from different universities and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received collaborative intervention through excellent traditional culture and college students’ music education, while the control group received intervention through traditional psychological guidance. Acute stress response before and after the intervention was assessed using the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ), and delirium was assessed using the 3-minute Delirium Diagnostic Scale (3D-CAM).

After the intervention, the level of social anxiety in the experimental group decreased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group. At the same time, the experimental group has significantly improved in the aspects of emotional regulation, social ability and self-cognition, indicating that excellent traditional culture and college students’ music education have a better psychological guidance effect.

Mood disorder is a common mental health problem, which has a negative impact on the quality of life and work of patients. The intervention methods of educational psychology have been widely used in the treatment of patients with mood disorders. Suzhou folk art is a unique cultural tradition with rich artistic expression and emotional expression, which may play a positive role in the psychological function of patients with mood disorders.

Sixty patients diagnosed with mood disorders were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received a 12-week Suzhou folk art intervention to improve their mental health through learning and participating in Suzhou folk art forms, and the control group received regular treatment and nursing. Both groups were evaluated using the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) and the Three-Minute Delirium Diagnostic Scale (3D-CAM) before and after the intervention.

The results showed that there was a statistical difference compared with the control group (significance level less than 0.05). In the experimental group, the degree of mood disorder was significantly reduced, and the mental health status was also significantly improved. Suzhou folk art can promote the emotional release of patients with mood disorders and enhance their mental toughness. The introduction of Suzhou folk art into local higher vocational art education is helpful in improving the mental health level and quality of life of patients with mood disorders.

Borderline personality disorder is a common psychological disorder, especially among college students. Red culture is an important historical and cultural aspect of China, with rich educational significance. Red culture identity education plays an important role in university education, but its effectiveness for students with borderline personality disorder has not been fully studied.

A total of 100 college students with borderline personality disorder were selected as experimental subjects and divided into two groups, respectively receiving art design education and routine education. Data were collected by the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) and the 3-minute Delirium Diagnostic Scale (3D-CAM) and statistically analyzed using SPSS23.0 software.

The results showed that after participating in red culture identity education, the mental health status of students with borderline personality disorder was significantly improved. They exhibit higher emotional stability, self-confidence, and a sense of self-worth. At the same time, they are also more willing to express themselves and have a deeper understanding and identification with the core socialist values.

Art and design education can effectively improve the level of red cultural identity of college students with borderline personality disorder. The collaborative educational approach of art and design education can help college students with borderline personality disorder better adapt to the social environment, and enhance their mental health and self-development ability. Therefore, educational psychology should incorporate art and design education into the education plans of students with borderline personality disorders to promote the development of their red cultural identity.

Anxiety disorder is one of the common psychological problems faced by college students, which has a negative impact on their studies and lives. As a traditional cultural form, folk dance not only carries the essence of national culture, but also has potential mental health benefits by means of body movement, music, and emotional expression. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the efficacy of the inheritance and development of folk-dance culture on the anxiety disorder of college students.

The study first involved a subset of participants receiving anxiety disorders treated with a folk-dance intervention. The intervention can be conducted through classroom teaching, group activities and other forms. It mainly includes personalized exercise, key training, emotional regulation, etc. In the traditional drug treatment of the control group, the effect of the folk dance was analyzed during the experiment.

The analysis found that the incidence of anxiety disorders decreased by 65.87% after the experimental group participants received the folk-dance intervention 83.23% of the patients showed significant disease improvement. Among the participants in the control group, only 62.36% of the patients with anxiety disorders had improved. It was 20.87% lower than the experimental group.

The experiment found that by participating in folk dance activities, college students can release tension through body movement while experiencing traditional culture, and adjust their emotional state with the help of the rhythm and expression form of music. Therefore, participating in the inheritance and development of folk-dance culture can produce positive effects on the intervention of college students.

In the context of rural revitalization, the tourism industry, as an important economic growth point, has been widely concerned. At the same time, as a special group, autistic residents are facing the challenges of psychological and emotional distress and social integration. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the development path of the rural tourism industry to alleviate the psychological emotions of autistic residents.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a serious mental illness that often causes long-term and persistent psychological distress to patients. Therefore, it is crucial to provide effective psychological support and help to these students. In this context, the art mental health teaching activity, as an innovative intervention method, is widely used in the intervention and treatment of students’ mental diseases.

Art mental health teaching activities integrate the principles of art and psychology to promote emotional release and psychological rehabilitation by allowing students with PTSD to express, create and share art works. And through the color, lines and shape elements to convey the inner feelings. Data on symptom improvement of PTSD patients were analyzed by 3D-CAM during the experiment.

After a detailed analysis of the psychological and emotional effects of students with PTSD, it is found that art and mental health teaching activities play a positive role in helping this special group. The results showed that about 85.15% of students suffering from PTSD achieved significant emotion regulation effects by participating in art activities and 12.55% of autistic patients improved after participating in fine arts mental health teaching activities.

College counselors are faced with great psychological pressure and challenges in their daily work, which leads to anxiety disorders in some counselors, which seriously affects their work effect and mental health. A questionnaire survey was used to quantify a large group of college counselors. The questionnaire included measures related to the concept of anxiety disorder and five educations, such as anxiety level, job satisfaction, physical health, etc. By distributing questionnaires and collecting data, the overall situation of the counselors was statistically analyzed, so as to understand the general effect and influencing factors of the concept of five education development in reducing anxiety disorders.

3D-CAM (comprehensive literature analysis, in-depth interview, and questionnaire survey) was used to analyze the positive effects of the concept of five education on anxiety disorder in college counselors and found that the concept of five education has a regulating effect on anxiety disorder in 56.65% of college counselors. About 22.65% of patients with anxiety disorders showed significant improvement.

By applying the concept of five education, college counselors can pay better attention to their own physical health, artistic creation, participation in labor and cultivate moral quality. The balanced development of these aspects will help to reduce work stress, improve job satisfaction, enhance the counselors’ psychological resilience and adaptability, better respond to the needs of students, and provide more appropriate support and guidance.

In traditional teaching environments, students with attention deficit often face problems such as difficulty concentrating, distraction, difficulty maintaining sustained attention, and controlling attention. The study adopts an experimental group and a control group design. The experimental group received teaching reform measures, including improving teaching methods, increasing interaction and cooperative learning, etc; The control group continued to use traditional teaching methods. The study collected data on students’ attention deficit scores and academic performance, and used SPSS 22.0 statistical software for data processing and analysis to compare the differences between the experimental group and the control group.
