In response to the escalating mental health concerns among college students and the evolving societal landscape, the purview of ideological and political education has expanded beyond ideological instruction to encompass the nurturing of positive psychology. This study aimed to investigate the effects of innovative reforms in ideological and political education on college students’ positive psychology.

A cohort of 100 students, ranging from freshmen to seniors, were selected from a specific university. The distribution comprised 30 freshmen, 20 sophomores, 30 juniors, and 20 seniors, including 60 male and 40 female students. Self-made psychological crisis assessment questionnaires were employed, revealing that 5 students experienced severe psychological crises, 5 faced moderate crises, 10 exhibited mild crises, and 80 reported a favorable mental state. The students received bi-weekly ideological and political education sessions over a span of six months. The impact of the intervention was assessed through statistical analysis using SPSS23.0 based on the questionnaire results.

The psychological crisis has generally improved, with 10 people feeling good and 10 people feeling mild psychological crisis. There was no statistically significant correlation between students’ family situation and scores. The P-values of questionnaire scores before and after intervention treatment were all less than 0.01, which was statistically significant.

The innovation of ideological and political education has a positive promoting effect on the mental health of college students through the education of psychological knowledge and psychological counseling.

Anorexia nervosa is a serious mental disorder characterized by extreme food restriction and excessive demands for weight and appearance. Music therapy can help individuals relax both physically and mentally through methods such as music appreciation and music therapy. The University Union can provide various forms of health management services, offer rehabilitation support for anorexia, and enhance the positive psychology of faculty and staff.

150 faculty members aged between 25 and 50 in a certain university were selected, including 40 males and 110 females. According to the results of the Anorexia Self Test Scale, 20 people showed symptoms of anorexia nervosa. Among them, there are 18 people aged 25-29, 2 people aged 30-35, 3 males, and 17 females. Music therapy is used to treat patients, and psychological counseling from university unions is arranged twice a week. Six months later, the results of the Anorexia Self Test Scale were analyzed again using SPSS3.0 software.

After six months of treatment, 8 out of 20 patients recovered, 10 of them achieved significant improvement, and 2 of them achieved minor improvement. The P-value of the score data before and after treatment is less than 0.05, and the difference is statistically significant.

Through the application of music therapy and the health management services of university unions, more comprehensive and diverse measures can be provided to alleviate anorexia, promoting the psychological health and positive psychological development of faculty and staff.

The treatment of depression is mainly to eliminate and improve the symptoms of patients. At present, there are a variety of clinical antidepressants for the treatment of depression, however, there are still some patients with no significant therapeutic effect. When the effect of antidepressants alone is not satisfactory for patients with refractory depression, synergistic therapy can be considered, which is atypical antipsychotics being used as synergists in combination with antidepressants. Based on this background, this project conducted relevant research on patients with depression as research samples.

The control group was given paroxetine tablets at a dose of 20 mg/d as prescribed by the doctor, and the dose was increased to 30 mg/d after 1 week. On the basis of the control group, the study group was given atypical antipsychotic olanzapine tablets at a dose of 5 mg/d as prescribed by the doctor. The score of depression degree was represented by the Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD) score. The score of life quality was referred to the brief form of Health survey (SF-36 scale). SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical processing of various indicators of the 2 groups.

After treatment, HAMD scores decreased and SF-36 scores increased in the study group and control group, and HAMD scores and SF-36 scores in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment (P < 0.05).

Antidepressant drugs (paroxetine tablets) combined with atypical antipsychotic drugs (olanzapine tablets) are effective in the treatment of depression, and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.

The integration of intelligent logistics models in rural e-commerce has significantly enhanced the convenience of online shopping for consumers and has concurrently bolstered the sales volume of e-commerce platforms. However, the proliferation of excessive shopping behaviors, potentially indicative of consumer mania, raises concerns. Mania is a psychological vulnerability often triggered by anxiety. This study aims to investigate the influence of the intelligent logistics model in rural e-commerce on consumer mania.

The study involved 80 consumers from rural areas within a specific province, selected based on statistically significant variations in their online shopping habits. The participants were divided equally into an experimental group and a control group. Prior to and post the three-month experiment, both groups were assessed using the SCL-90 self-test scale. During the experiment, the control group employed traditional logistics distribution, while the experimental group utilized intelligent logistics distribution.

Significant differences were observed in the scores of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, anxiety, hostility, and terror disorder before and after the experiment (P<0.01). Moreover, two factors, namely interpersonal relationships, and paranoia, exhibited significant differences (P<0.05). Notably, there was no considerable difference in somatization symptoms and psychiatric symptoms (P>0.05).

Intelligent innovative logistics mode will have an impact on consumers’ mania. Convenient online shopping logistics mode not only aggravates consumers’ excessive shopping behavior but also aggravates consumers’ anxiety and mania.

Teacher anxiety disorder refers to teachers’ frequent anxiety and related symptoms, which may seriously affect their teaching work and quality of life if not managed and treated in a timely and effective manner. Therefore, it reminds us that the research on building identity psychology in foreign language teachers’ cooperative teams is very important for the treatment of teacher anxiety.

80 teachers who participated in the cooperative team of foreign language teachers were selected as the research objects. The anxiety symptoms of the teachers were assessed by the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire and the 3-minute Disorder Assessment Scale. In addition, SPSS 23.0 was used for data analysis, and correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used.

The results showed that there was a significant correlation between teachers’ cooperative team identity and their anxiety disorder (correlation coefficient -0.45, P<0.01). Teachers showed lower anxiety symptoms in cooperative teams with higher levels of identity psychology. Multiple regression analysis showed that identity psychology was a significant factor in predicting teacher anxiety (β=-0.35, P<0.05), and the significance level was higher than other control variables.

The research shows that improving the level of cooperative team identity can reduce the anxiety symptoms of foreign language teachers and improve their job satisfaction and teaching effect. In the practice of foreign language education, we should pay attention to strengthening and building cooperative team identity and cultivating positive identity psychology to promote the development and growth of teachers and students.

The outbreak of the novel coronavirus has caused a huge impact on the global society, and people with mental disorders are facing greater psychological pressure and health risks. In this context, the construction of a governance system in grassroots communities plays an important role in maintaining the mental health of patients with mental disorders.

The study focused on patients with mental disorders, used mixed research methods, and combined qualitative and quantitative data. In the qualitative part, the influence mechanism and practical experience of community governance system construction on patients with mental disorders are explored through interviewing grassroots community staff, mental health experts, and patients with mental disorders. The quantitative part of the questionnaire survey collected the community governance system construction and the mental health of patients with mental disorders related data. The statistical software is used for data analysis, including descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis.

The study showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the construction of a grassroots community governance system and the mental health of patients with mental disorders (correlation coefficient was 0.45, P<0.01). The comprehensive service capacity and allocation of mental health resources in the community have an important impact on the psychological support and rehabilitation of patients with mental disorders.

The study found that the construction of a community governance system can provide more psychological support and rehabilitation resources to help patients with mental disorders better cope with the psychological pressure brought by the epidemic.

Social anxiety disorder causes people to worry and fear excessively about social situations, which may lead to negative consequences such as emotional distress and social isolation. To improve this problem, some scholars have organically combined conditional reinforcement psychotherapy with an e-commerce intelligent innovation model. This study will explore the impact of this convergence model on consumers with social anxiety disorder.

100 consumers with social anxiety disorder were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received an e-commerce intelligent innovation model combined with conditional intensive psychotherapy, and the control group received conventional psychotherapy. The Social Anxiety Self-rating Scale and Social Cognition and Emotion questionnaire were used to evaluate. SPSS23.0 was used for correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.

The experimental group showed significant differences in the reduction of social anxiety symptoms and the improvement of social cognition and emotion compared with the control group (P<0.05). The results of the correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between e-commerce intelligent innovation mode and conditional reinforcement psychotherapy and social anxiety symptoms (correlation coefficient was 0.35, P<0.05).

The e-commerce intelligent innovation model combined with conditional reinforcement psychotherapy has a significant impact on consumers with social anxiety disorder. The application of this model can effectively reduce the symptoms of social anxiety and improve social cognition and emotion. It shows that the electronic commerce intelligent innovation model has important practical significance in psychotherapy.

Preschool autistic children represent an important part of preschool education, so we need to create a good material and psychological environment for them. In the preschool education environment, special attention has been focused on the physical and mental health, interests, hobbies, and interpersonal skills training of children with autism. Research has adopted interactive games and behavioral skills training to assist in treating autistic children in preschool education.

Firstly, 8 children diagnosed with autism were selected from a certain kindergarten. These children were evenly distributed across two regular classrooms, with 4 students in each class, and interacted with ordinary children. Next, they were divided into a control group and an experimental group, both of which were ordinary children aged 5-6 years old. Intervention training was conducted to compare the scores of children with autism in various dimensions. Finally, SPSS23.0 was used for data analysis and t-test.

The evaluation of recognition and understanding of children with autism in the control group before and after intervention was t=-0.41, P>0.05, and t=-0.44, P>0.05, respectively, with no statistical significance. The evaluation of the experimental group before and after intervention were t=15.41, P<0.05, and t=69.41, P<0.001, respectively, with statistical significance. Prove the feasibility of intervention training effectiveness.

Interactive training interventions for preschool children with autism are of great help to their physical and mental health and provide strategic solutions for interactive training and skill training for preschool children to promote harmonious coexistence with ordinary children.

Anxiety disorder among college students is currently the main psychological problem, which seriously affects physical and mental health and even leads to the occurrence of adverse events. The anxiety of college students is in the transitional period from adolescence to adulthood, and the main factors that cause anxiety mainly come from three pressures family, school, and society. This study aims to explore intervention and treatment plans for anxiety disorders in college students.

Firstly, 1745 freshmen were selected from a certain university and are familiar with the basic situation of the survey. Secondly, a regression model for anxiety risk was established using multivariate logistic regression analysis. The model was divided into male and female groups and regression analysis was conducted on the growth environment, an only child, parental marital status, and childhood abuse. Finally, SPSS23.0 was used for data analysis and t-test.

The logistic regression analysis of anxiety-related factors showed that the analysis results of growth environment, only child status, and parental marital status were all P>0.05, with no statistical significance. The analysis result of the positive answer in childhood abuse experiences is P<0.001, which is statistically significant. Indicating that childhood abuse is an important factor for anxiety risk.

Early attention and assistance are needed for the discovery, prevention, and treatment of anxiety disorders in college students. On the one hand, parents need to pay attention and avoid childhood abuse, and on the other hand, college education also provides understanding and early intervention in students’ basic situation.

Patients with cognitive impairment have great inconvenience in their cognitive, recognition, and activity abilities, specifically manifested in memory disorders, attention disorders, perception disorders, and learning disabilities, which greatly hinder their communication, communication, and life activity abilities. The use of actively oriented intervention treatment methods in research has an improved effect on patients.

Firstly, 48 patients with cognitive impairment in a certain hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group of 24 cases and an experimental group of 24 cases. Secondly, medication treatment, nursing, and rehabilitation treatment were taken, and the experimental group was supplemented with music therapy and the Loewenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment (LOTCA). The trial lasted for 8 weeks. Finally, SPSS23.0 was used for data analysis and t-test.

There was no significant difference in basic information and cognitive impairment between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After 8 weeks of intervention treatment, the total LOTCA score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.001). The results showed that cognitive impairment improved after rehabilitation treatment, and there was a lack of time observation intervention for subsequent life cognition and motor function.

The use of music therapy as an adjunctive therapy in research has significantly improved the condition of patients with cognitive impairment but has not significantly improved their life skills, motor function, etc. The research sample still has limitations and the intervention time is short. Further research is needed to follow up and explore treatment methods, treatment time, and other aspects.

Anxiety disorder is a common psychological problem among college students, which seriously affects their study and life quality. As a special cultural background, the influence of mathematics culture on the anxiety disorder of college students has not been fully studied.

The study tries to integrate mathematics culture based on educational psychology to explore its effect on the prevention and treatment of anxiety disorders in college students. The experiment included 50 college students with anxiety disorder, half of whom were the experimental group of college students receiving educational psychology and mathematical culture treatment, and the other half were the control group of college students receiving general educational psychology rehabilitation treatment. Both groups of students were treated together for one semester in the same environment. After the deadline, anxiety items in the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) were measured, and the higher the score, the more severe the anxiety symptoms.

The experimental results showed that after some time, the anxiety patients in the experimental group decreased from 25 to 8, the anxiety symptoms were effectively controlled, and the comprehensive score was 8.5 points. In the control group, there were still 18 students with anxiety, only 7 patients were reduced, the treatment effect was not good, and the comprehensive score was 15.8 points.

The mathematical cultural education based on educational psychology proposed in this study has a positive effect on the anxiety disorder of college students. It timely adjusts the students’ attitude toward mathematics learning and reduces the degree of anxiety disorder of college students.

Bipolar depression is an important part of college students’ mental health problems. As an important part of the school curriculum system, the improvement of its teaching methods and contents has an important impact on students’ mental health. From the perspective of educational psychology, the integration of curriculum ideology and politics with college physical education is expected to play an important role in the relief of bipolar depression.

The experiment selected 50 college students in a physical education course as the research object, half of them as the experimental group, received the physical education course treatment under the mode of educational psychology for half a year, and the other half as the control group, received the physical education course treatment with the ideological and political integration of educational psychology course for half a year. After the course, the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) was used for feedback. The higher the score, the more serious the bipolar depression was.

The students in the experimental group had a more positive attitude, and their physical exercise was also strengthened, with a low feedback score of about 8. In the control group, the remission effect of bipolar depression was not obvious, the learning enthusiasm was not high, and the feedback score was 15 points.

The integration of educational psychology curriculum thinking and politics in college physical education teaching has a positive effect on the alleviation of students’ depression and also provides an important reference for the improvement of college physical education teaching.

With the rapid development of society and the acceleration of people’s pace of life, the mental pressure of college students is increasing day by day, and bipolar disorder has become an important health problem they face. Traditional music education is regarded as an effective means of psychotherapy, which can alleviate emotional disorders. However, the current research on traditional music education in alleviating college students with bipolar disorder is still in the development stage, so this study attempts to explore the alleviating effect of traditional music education on college students with bipolar disorder.

The study designed an experimental group to receive a six-month course of traditional music education and a control group to receive a six-month course of traditional psychotherapy. SPSS23.0 software was used for the correlation test, and P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant. Both groups of students were tested before and after, and their changes in several aspects were analyzed.

The experimental group showed significant improvement in the alleviation of affective disorder, the improvement of self-adjustment ability, and the alleviation of anxiety and depression symptoms, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). However, the improvement of the control group was relatively low, and there were still some difficulties in emotional expression and social ability.

Traditional music education has a remarkable effect on alleviating bipolar disorder in college students, and it has a better effect than traditional psychotherapy. At the same time, it is of great significance to popularize and apply traditional music education in the field of college students’ mental health.

College students are among the high-risk population for autism, making it crucial to explore effective intervention methods for their development. This study aims to provide effective intervention strategies and support through innovative ideological and political education for college students with autism.

The study included 100 college students with autism who received innovative ideological and political education as the experimental group, and another 100 college students with autism as the control group. The Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) was used to evaluate both groups, and the innovative ideological and political education intervention was conducted. The intervention consisted of 4 cycles as one treatment course with 5 days in one cycle. Autism scores were tested for both groups at each cycle until three treatment courses were completed.

After one treatment course, the average scores for the experimental and control groups were 74 and 73, respectively. After three treatment courses, the average scores were 58 and 72 for the experimental and control groups, respectively. The experimental group showed significant improvement in autism symptoms and enhanced social and communication abilities after receiving the innovative ideological and political education intervention. There were no significant changes in autism symptoms and social abilities in the control group.

Innovative ideological and political education has a positive intervention effect on autism among college students. These research findings provide evidence-based intervention methods and support for college students with autism, helping them better integrate into social environments and develop their potential.

Consumer social anxiety disorder is a common psychological problem that affects consumers’ social behavior and purchase decisions, and in severe cases, affects patients’ social circle and quality of life. This research is to study the effects of cultural and creative design and visual communication strategies on consumer social anxiety disorder from the perspective of design psychology and to provide effective intervention tools and strategies.

200 consumers with social anxiety disorder were selected as the experimental group, and another 200 consumers with anxiety were selected as the control group. Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) scale was used to evaluate the two groups. In each cycle, the two groups of consumers were tested for social anxiety disorder scores until the end of three courses.

The mean scores of the experimental and control groups were 18 and 17, respectively, after one course of treatment and 13 and 18 after three courses. After receiving the intervention of cultural and creative design and visual communication, the anxiety level was significantly reduced, the social ability was improved, and the performance in daily social scenes was more confident. However, anxiety levels and sociability did not change significantly in the control group.

Creative design and visual communication strategies based on the perspective of design psychology have a positive impact on consumer social anxiety disorder. It provides directions for the provision of effective intervention strategies and tools, offering an important theoretical and practical value for the design industry and psychological therapy.

Households in poverty often face psychological stress and anxiety disorders, which affect their poverty alleviation outcomes and quality of life. Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) is an effective psychological intervention that helps individuals regulate emotions and cope with stress. This study aims to investigate the impact of EFT on anxiety disorders and provide effective intervention methods and support.

100 impoverished households with anxiety disorders were selected as the experimental group for EFT and another 100 with the same situation as control group. The Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) was used to evaluate both groups, along with the application of EFT. Each treatment cycle consisted of 10 sessions, and three cycles constituted one treatment course. Depression scores were assessed for both groups at the end of each cycle until four treatment courses were completed.

After one treatment course, the average scores for the experimental and control groups were 52 and 53, respectively. After three treatment courses, the average scores were 43 and 52 for the experimental and control groups, respectively. After the intervention of EFT, the experimental group showed a significant reduction in anxiety levels, improved emotional regulation, and alleviation of psychological stress during the poverty alleviation process. There were no significant changes in anxiety levels for the control group.

EFT has a positive impact on anxiety disorders during the poverty alleviation process for rural households. These research findings provide a basis for effective intervention measures and support for rural households, enabling them to better cope with psychological distress and challenges during the poverty alleviation process.

Due to the issue of employment choices faced by college students after graduation, universities offer related courses to assist students in their career planning. However, some students still experience employment anxiety, making the career planning course reform for college students urgent and necessary.

To explore the impact of integrating psychological career planning courses on students’ employment anxiety, a study selected 100 students with employment anxiety at a certain university and randomly divided them into two groups. One group is a blank group, which receives guidance from traditional career planning courses. The other group is the experimental group, which adopts the guidance of integrated psychology for college students’ career planning courses. The experimental period lasts for 3 months. The experiment used the Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) for effectiveness evaluation.

The experimental results showed that the SAS scores of the blank group before and after the experiment were 60.3 ± 2.4 and 59.3 ± 1.6, respectively, and the SDS scores were 42.6 ± 1.7 and 37.3 ± 2.0, respectively. The SAS scores of the experimental group before and after the experiment were 62.1 ± 1.6, and the SDS scores were 40.4 ± 2.6 and 32.7 ± 1.4, respectively. The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group students showed a more significant downward trend compared to the blank group, as incorporating psychology into career planning courses can better focus on students’ psychological changes and provide targeted guidance.

Integrating career planning courses into psychology can alleviate students’ employment anxiety.

With the deepening of international cultural exchanges, the issue of cultural identity anxiety caused by it has also become a research hotspot. In the context of China, where foreign language education predominantly revolves around the teaching of English, a singular approach has led to an intensified experience of cultural identity anxiety among students throughout their learning journey.

To explore the impact of cultural identity on students’ anxiety disorders in English language and literature teaching, this study randomly selected 120 students from a certain university to conduct a questionnaire survey on cultural identity anxiety. Then, a cultural identity module was added to the English language and literature teaching of these 120 students, and the experiment lasted for two months. After the experiment, a questionnaire survey was conducted again on cultural identity anxiety among 120 experimental students. Analyze the anxiety relief of students based on the survey results.

The experimental results showed that before the experiment, 33 out of 120 students had mild cultural identity anxiety, 53 had moderate anxiety, 17 had severe anxiety, and 17 had no anxiety. After teaching on cultural identity, the number of students who did not experience anxiety about cultural identity increased to 41 out of 120, with 65, 12, and 2 students experiencing mild, moderate, and severe anxiety, respectively. After receiving cultural identity education, students’ anxiety in learning English language and literature has been alleviated.

Cultural identity education in English language and literature teaching can alleviate students’ anxiety.

With the rapid development of society, the probability of criminal incidents among college students is gradually increasing, leading to an aggravation of social barriers among college students. Therefore, legalized management of universities has become an important method for building a harmonious campus.

To provide effective psychological guidance for students’ social disorders caused by the increase in crime rates in universities, this study selected 150 students from a certain university to conduct a social disorder questionnaire survey targeting the crime rate in universities and filled out the Hamilton Depression and Anxiety Scale (HAMA). Then, a one-semester rule of law management was adopted for the university, and after the experiment, a social disorders questionnaire survey and HAMA scale were conducted again on the 150 students.

The experimental results showed that before the start of the experiment, a total of 135 students developed anxiety due to the increase in crime rates in universities. Among them, 76 were mild, 51 were moderate, and 8 were severe, with a HAMA score of 52.4 ± 3.1. After the experiment, the number of people who developed anxiety due to the crime rate in universities decreased to 114, among which 81 were mild, 30 were moderate, and 1 was severe. The HAMA score decreased to 43.5 ± 2.6. The number of anxious individuals and HAMA scores have decreased to a certain extent after the experiment.

Legalizing the management of universities can alleviate students’ social disorders caused by university crimes and provide good psychological guidance for students.

Anxiety disorders are a type of mental illness in adolescents. It is found that the prevalence of anxiety in adolescents reaches 10-20%, with some adolescents experiencing conditions that extend into adulthood and even cause suicide or admission to psychiatric hospitals. The study from a psychological perspective analyzed and explored the intervention effects of universities’ internal governance programs on college students’ anxiety symptoms.

The study divided 100 students with anxiety disorders in a college (has been consistent) into an experimental group and a control group, with 50 in each. The experimental group of students with anxiety disorders received an intervention treatment from the internal governance program of the university, and the control group were not formally treated. The study utilized the Screening Checklist for Anxious Emotional Disturbances (SCAED) (Verified abbreviations of technical terms) for the measurements. After 8 weeks, the total scores of two groups by SCAED were compared.

The study utilized SPSS 23.0 statistical software to analyze the data. The total SCAED score of the experimental group was (33.75±12.43) and that of the control group was (42.20±9.35), which was better than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference in the comparison between the groups (P<0.05).
