In the study of colleges and universities, students are under greater pressure to learn English, so the reform of the teaching mode of English in colleges and universities is of great significance to alleviating students’ learning anxiety.

This study chose 150 students with English learning anxiety as its experimental subjects at a particular university in order to investigate the impact of English teaching reform on helping students overcome their learning fear. The experimental employees were split into two groups using the random approach. One group was designated “blank,” and that group was taught using conventional English methods. The experimental group, which uses a multimedia-reformed approach to English instruction, is the other group. The experimental statistical scale uses the Anxiety Disorder Somatic Symptom Assessment Scale, and the experimental period lasts for 3 months.

The panic index scores of the blank group and the experimental group were 78.49 ± 2.32 and 79.50 ± 2.26, respectively, after the evaluation of the Anxiety Disorder Somatic Symptom Assessment Scale, and the tension index scores were 84.65 ± 2.42 and 83.17 ± 1.58, respectively, prior to the start of the experiment. Following the experiment, the scores for stress indicators were 83.79 ± 1.87 and 72.49 ± 4.01, while the scores for panic indicators were 77.76 ± 2.46 and 67.65 ± 1.28, respectively, in the blank group and experimental group. The experimental group’s scores for somatic symptoms of anxiety displayed a considerable decline.

The rapid development of education and teaching in universities requires teachers to possess more professional and solid comprehensive subject knowledge during the teaching process, and different management decisions in universities have a clear constraint on teachers. The impact of university management decision-making on teacher workplace mania has always been a highly concerning issue. From the perspective of social psychology, the execution of management decisions may have a significant impact on teacher workplace mania.

This study selected 124 teachers suffering from mania from a certain university and randomly divided them into an intervention group and a control group, with 62 teachers in each group. The intervention group carried out work under the innovative university management decision-making execution mode, while the control group did not make any changes. From the perspective of social psychology, the Sykes Setman Mania Test Scale (CSSRS) was used to evaluate the manic symptoms of two groups of teachers before and after the intervention. All data were calculated using Excel tables and SPSS24.0, with P<0.05 indicating statistically significant differences.

The results show that innovative university management decision-making execution models from the perspective of social psychology have a significant alleviating effect on teacher workplace mania.

In order to improve the professional environment and mental health of teachers, universities should pay attention to the effective implementation of management decisions, provide good work support and environment, strengthen cooperation and collaboration between teachers, and reduce the occurrence of mania.

In modern society, the issue of student attention deficit is becoming increasingly common, posing challenges to education and teaching. From the perspective of educational psychology, the integration of traditional arts and crafts elements into modern art design teaching may have a positive impact on students’ attention deficit. This study aims to explore the impact of integrating traditional arts and crafts elements with modern art design teaching on students’ attention deficit, and provide corresponding teaching strategies.

This study adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, selecting 300 students from three different art colleges as the research subjects. These students were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 150 students in each group. The experimental group was taught the integration of traditional arts and crafts elements with modern art design, while the control group was taught conventional modern art design. During the process, the SNAP-IV-18 scale was used to evaluate the status of students before and after the intervention. Statistics on data were performed by using SPSS24.0 software.

The research results show that the experimental group of students showed significant improvements in attention concentration, sustained attention, and attention transfer. At the same time, they also scored high in creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Research has shown that the integration of traditional arts and crafts elements with modern art design in teaching from the perspective of educational psychology can help alleviate students’ attention deficits, and improve their creativity and critical thinking abilities.

In the current educational environment of universities, students’ mental health issues are increasingly receiving attention. Anxiety disorder, as one of the common mental health problems, has brought many troubles to students’ learning and life. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of integrating the history of the socialist rule of law into ideological and political education in alleviating students’ anxiety disorders.

This study selects 1202 students from five different universities in a certain region as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 601 students in each group. The experimental group adopts the ideological and political teaching mode that integrates the history of the socialist rule of law, while the control group adopts the traditional ideological and political teaching mode. Students’ anxiety symptoms before and after intervention were evaluated by using the Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS); All results were statistically analyzed by using SPSS22.0 software.

The research results show that the experimental group of students showed significant improvements in anxiety levels, learning motivation, and satisfaction with ideological and political education; The anxiety level of students has decreased by about 30%, with a significant effect.

This study indicates that the integration of the history of the socialist rule of law has a positive effect on alleviating students’ anxiety disorders, providing a new path for ideological and political education in universities. It is recommended to further explore and improve this integration model in the future to meet the needs of more students.

This study aims to evaluate the intervention effect of the Vocational College’s Personalized Education Management and Psychological Intervention on students’ depression. Depression among students is a significant concern in educational settings, and proactive measures are needed to mitigate its impact.

This research engaged a cohort of 200 vocational college students, aged between 18 and 22, who were initially screened for signs of depressive symptoms through the utilization of the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II). The participants were then divided equally into two groups: the experimental group (n=100) and the control group (n=100). Within the experimental group, students received individualized educational guidance and psychological interventions delivered by the vocational college. Conversely, the control group participants were subjected to standard educational protocols over three months. The extent of depression was evaluated using the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAM-D) before and after the intervention.

Analysis of the data using SPSS23.0 showed that the experimental group, who received the personalized education intervention, demonstrated a statistically significant reduction in depression scores, as assessed by the HAM-D, compared to the control group (P<0.001). The intervention group showed an overall decrease of 40% in depression symptoms, indicating the positive impact of the intervention in reducing depression among students.

The findings suggest that Vocational College’s Personalized Education Management and Psychological Intervention significantly reduces depression among students. The results indicate the importance of implementing personalized education management strategies and psychological interventions to address and prevent depression among students in vocational college settings. Further research and development of similar interventions are encouraged to promote mental well-being among this population.

This study aims to investigate the alleviating effect of Acupuncture combined with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) on anxiety disorders among accounting professionals in the financial sharing services model. Anxiety disorders are prevalent among accounting professionals due to the high-pressure work environment, and effective interventions are essential to mitigate their negative impact.

A total of 120 accounting professionals working in the financial sharing services model were recruited for this study. They were randomly divided into three groups: the Acupuncture combined with CBT group (n=40), the CBT alone group (n=40), and the control group (n=40). The participants’ anxiety levels were measured using the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) and the 3-min Confusion Assessment Scale (3D-CAM). The intervention was conducted over a period of six weeks, with regular sessions once a week.

Statistical analysis using SPSS23.0 revealed a significant reduction in anxiety levels in both the Acupuncture combined with CBT group and the CBT alone group compared to the control group (P<0.001). However, the Acupuncture combined with CBT group exhibited a more substantial decrease in anxiety symptoms compared to the CBT alone group (P<0.05), as measured by the SASRQ and 3D-CAM. These results suggest that the combination therapy has a more significant effect on alleviating anxiety disorders among accounting professionals.

This study demonstrates the efficacy of acupuncture combined with CBT in reducing anxiety disorders among accounting professionals in the financial shared service model. These findings highlight the importance of combining complementary therapies, such as acupuncture, with established psychological interventions to achieve more comprehensive treatment outcomes.

This study explores the effectiveness of Chaihu Hehuan Jieyu Tang (CHT) combined with career guidance to alleviate employment anxiety among college students. Employment anxiety is a common concern among college students, and targeted interventions are necessary to mitigate its negative impact.

One hundred sixty college students with employment anxiety were selected for this study. They were randomly divided into four groups: the CHT combined with the career guidance group (n=40), the CHT alone group (n=40), the career guidance alone group (n=40), and the control group (n=40). The Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) and the 3-min Confusion Assessment Scale (3D-CAM) measured the participants’ anxiety levels. The intervention was conducted over twelve weeks, with regular sessions twice weekly.

Statistical analysis using SPSS23.0 revealed a significant reduction in anxiety levels in all intervention groups compared to the control group (P<0.001). However, the group receiving the combined intervention of CHT and career guidance exhibited a more substantial decrease in anxiety symptoms than those receiving single interventions (P<0.05), as measured by the SASRQ and 3D-CAM. These findings suggest that the combined intervention has a more substantial effect on alleviating employment anxiety among college students.

This study indicates that combining Chaihu and Huanjieyu Tang with career guidance effectively reduces employment anxiety among college students. These results highlight the importance of combining traditional Chinese medicine interventions such as CHT with career guidance to achieve more comprehensive and effective results.

Psychological changes caused by traumatic stress, if left untreated for a long time, may become chronic symptoms lasting throughout the second half of life. Sports can make people happy, and can stimulate people’s inner potential. With the development of ice and snow culture and sports tourism in Jilin Province as the background, this study analyzed the influence of ice and snow sports on patients with stress psychological disorders.

A total of 300 patients with PTSD were selected as experimental subjects in various hospitals in Jilin Province, and an equal number of experimental and control groups were set up. SCL-90 self-test scale was used in both the experimental group and the control group for the questionnaire survey before and after the experiment. During the 3-month experiment, the control group received conventional treatment, while the experimental group received ice and snow sports extension training in addition to conventional treatment.

The scores of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), depression, anxiety, hostility and terror disorder were significantly different before and after the experiment (P<0.01). The two factors of interpersonal relationship and paranoia were significantly different before and after the experiment (P<0.05). It was worth noting that there was no significant difference between somatization symptoms and psychiatric symptoms (P>0.05).

Ice and snow sports intervention can release the tense emotions of patients with post-traumatic stress disorder, so as to restore the psychological balance.

In the current field of contemporary psychology, ecological psychology has become a new theoretical orientation, believing that everything in the ecosystem interacts and is interrelated. Depressive Personality Disorder (DPD) is a common and severe mental illness that is common among college students worldwide. Exploring the factors influencing depression among college students from the perspective of ecological psychology, with a focus on the effects of attachment anxiety, self-esteem cognition, and academic adaptation on depression among Chinese college students.

In this study, 452 college students from Nanjing University in Jiangsu Province were assessed by Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Adult Attachment Scale (AAS) and Self-esteem and Academic Adjustment Scale (SES). Amos software was used to conduct confirmatory factor analysis on the survey results.

There were significant differences in the dimensions of academic adaptation, self-esteem and adult attachment (P=0.000, P<0.05), and there were significant differences between gender and total score of depression (t= -2.098, P<0.05). Attachment anxiety not only predicts depression directly but also indirectly through self-esteem. Academic adaptation not only predicts depression directly but also influences depressive anxiety through the mediating effects of self-esteem and attachment.

Academic adjustment, depression disorder, attachment anxiety and self-esteem were significantly correlated with depression disorder in college students. Self-esteem plays a mediating role between attachment anxiety and depression, and attachment anxiety and self-esteem play a mediating role between academic adaptation and depression.

Attention deficit is the most common chronic neurodevelopmental disorder in adolescents, mainly characterized by inattention and short attention time, hyperactivity and impulsivity that are not commensurate with age and developmental level. With the rapid development of electronic media, intelligent media teaching is gradually popularized, and the time for teenagers to contact film and television media is becoming longer. This study explores the impact of intelligent media teaching on the mental health of patients with attention deficit.

A total of 500 adolescent patients with attention deficit were selected as experimental subjects, and the same number of experimental and control groups were set up. Both the experimental group and the control group were subjected to a questionnaire survey with the Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder rating scales (Swanson, Nolan and Pelham-IV Rating Scales (SNAP-IV) before and after the experiment. During the 4-month experiment, the control group received routine intervention. The experimental group received intelligent media education in addition to conventional intervention.

After the experiment, compared with before the experiment, the scores of SNAP-IV factors had different degrees of change, and the mental health level of all factors tested in the experimental group had different degrees of reduction. The scores of sensitivity, specificity, hyperactivity and impulsivity were significantly different before and after the experiment (P<0.01).

Long-term exposure to intelligent film and television media education will aggravate ADHD symptoms, which is not conducive to the healthy development of adolescents.

Social anxiety disorder is a common psychological disorder, and patients often feel excessive tension and unease in social situations. This mental health issue can have adverse effects on patients’ lives and studies. Therefore, finding effective intervention measures to improve the mental health of patients with social anxiety disorder has important practical value.

Some patients with social anxiety disorder from several universities were selected as subjects, and the subjects were divided into an experimental group and a control group. Firstly, a questionnaire survey was used to analyze the psychological characteristics and troubles of the subjects, and then the participants were interfered with by the innovative integration and collaborative education mechanism to improve the mental health of patients with social anxiety disorder through psychological counselling and training. Finally, the intervention effect was evaluated by Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) and 3-Minute Delirium Diagnosis Scale (3D-CAM).

The results show that the collaborative education mechanism of creative integration has a good improvement effect on the mental health of patients with social anxiety disorder, which can enhance their confidence and help them better cope with social situations. Through psychological counselling and training, the patient’s level of social anxiety has significantly decreased.

The collaborative education mechanism of creative integration can effectively improve the mental health of patients with social anxiety disorder. The combination of educational psychology theory and practice provides effective support and assistance for patients with social anxiety disorder, and also provides good reference for various universities.

With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, consumers often face psychological anxiety disorders when making international shopping. However, there are still relatively few studies on the impact of cross-border e-commerce model innovation on consumer psychological anxiety disorder.

100 cross-border e-commerce consumers were selected for the experiment, and the data were collected by questionnaire survey. The study sample included consumers from different regions and different age groups. Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire (SASRQ) and 3-Minute Delirium Diagnosis Scale (3D-CAM) were used to assess the mental health status of the subjects, while SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis and regression analysis to analyze the impact of cross-border e-commerce model innovation on consumer psychological anxiety disorders.

The results show that cross-border e-commerce model innovation has a significant impact on consumer psychological anxiety disorder. Innovative payment methods and logistics methods can reduce consumers’ sense of unease and reduce their psychological pressure during the shopping process. At the same time, innovative shopping experiences and customer service can provide consumers with a better experience and ease their psychological anxiety.

The innovation of a cross-border e-commerce model can effectively reduce the psychological anxiety disorder of consumers. Social anxiety disorder is a psychological disorder that refers to excessive nervousness, fear, and fear of being judged or shamed by others in social situations. It shows that intangible cultural and creative design has a positive impact on the mental health of patients with social anxiety disorder.

Attention deficit is a common psychological and behavioural disorder in childhood, characterized by difficulty concentrating attention, emotional impulses, and excessive activity. East Asia is a region with multiple ethnic groups, religions, and uneven economic, political, and social development. There are certain homogeneity or heterogeneity in East Asian tourism culture, as well as diversity and differences. To improve patient symptoms and enhance their intellectual level, the basic characteristics of tourism culture and the impact of two-way interaction on patients were studied.

78 children with attention deficit admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. Both groups of patients were treated with sustained-release tablets of methylphenidate hydrochloride, and the experimental group received behavioural intervention through East Asian tourism. The treatment lasts for 15 weeks and travels once a week.

The study used SPSS23.0 statistical software for data analysis. The analysis results showed that before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of each dimension of the CRT scale between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of each dimension of the CRT scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).

The combination of East Asian tourism behaviour intervention and medication therapy for attention deficit patients can help improve their cognitive function and psychological behaviour.

In recent years, the incidence rate of mixed depression among college students has increased, which is related to the increase in employment pressure and student life pressure. With the development of the situation, introducing mental health education into university teaching has become an important research direction. Combining the causes of student illness, research will integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education with mental health education in the treatment of mixed-type depression patients.

200 college students were randomly selected as the survey subjects, and 20 mixed-type depression college students were obtained through the survey. According to the random number table, the patients are divided into a control group and an intervention group, with 10 cases in each group. There was no significant difference in gender, age, and HAMD score between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). The control group received routine treatment, while the intervention group received a combination of innovation and entrepreneurship education and mental health education on this basis. The treatment cycle is 3 months.

The study used SPSS23.0 statistical software to analyze the experimental data. The results showed that after intervention treatment, the HAMD score, SAS anxiety score, and SDS depression score of both groups of patients decreased (P<0.05). The score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).

Innovation and entrepreneurship education can alleviate students’ employment pressure and provide new paths for employment. Combining it with mental health education for the treatment of mixed-type depression patients can effectively alleviate their symptoms such as depression and anxiety.

In the current social environment, school students are facing a very serious situation in terms of learning and employment. How to use education to help students alleviate pressure is the main direction of education. Especially in the online environment, a good political orientation can help college students cultivate correct fertilization concepts, thus laying a good ideological foundation for their future development.

The study selected 50 college students with depression as the research subjects and divided them into two groups on average using random numbers. There are two groups, the experimental group and the control group. Both groups of patients received routine drug treatment, while the experimental group received teaching and treatment designed by the research institute to integrate ideological and political education with mental health construction. After 12 weeks of treatment, SAS and SDS scores were analyzed for both groups of patients.

The study selected SPSS23.0 statistical software for data analysis of the final results. The analysis results showed that there was no significant difference in various scores between the two groups of patients before intervention (P>0.05). After the intervention, the depression and anxiety scores of both groups of patients significantly decreased (P<0.05), with the experimental group scoring significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).

The educational path of integrating emotional psychology with ideological and political education can effectively alleviate the life pressure of depressed college students and help them overcome difficulties.

Affected by work pressure and other factors, some employees in enterprises may experience anxiety disorders characterized by symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and panic. Under the influence of anxiety disorders, the work of these employees will be significantly affected. In this situation, enterprise human resource management has innovated and intervened in employee anxiety disorders. Mental health education, as a way of psychological regulation, has important practical significance. Therefore, in the face of employee anxiety disorder, the study adopts an intervention method of combining human resource innovation management with mental health education.

The research enrolled 40 employees diagnosed with anxiety disorders, who were subsequently randomly assigned to either a control group or an intervention group, each containing 20 participants. The control group was exposed to the enterprise’s innovative human resource management strategies. In contrast, the intervention group received a combination of two months of mental health education built upon the former approach. The assessment of employees was carried out utilizing metrics including the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), and the data were subjected to statistical analysis employing SPSS 23.0 software.

After intervention, both groups showed some improvement in anxiety disorders. Compared to the control group, the HAMA score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05)

Through innovative management of enterprise human resources combined with mental health education, employees’ anxiety disorders have been significantly alleviated, and their mental health levels have been improved.

Due to disharmony with roommates and other factors, some college students have mood disorders and may experience low emotions in their academic and daily lives. Over time, these students’ sleep, diet, and other conditions have also been affected. In order to improve these students’ mood disorders, universities need to take measures to intervene. The application of virtual reality technology in intelligent ideological and political education teaching has improved teaching effectiveness and increased students’ sense of experience. In response to the issue of mood disorders among college students, we will apply intelligent ideological and political education teaching to it.

70 college students with mood disorders were selected from a certain university and randomly divided into a control group (35) and an experimental group (35). The former adopts general ideological and political education, while the latter adopts intelligent ideological and political education for a period of 3 months. The Beck Ravensen Mania Scale (BRMS) was used to measure students’ emotional status, and the data was processed by using SPSS 23.0 software.

After 3 months of teaching, the mood disorders of the control group and experimental group students were alleviated to some extent. Compared with the control group, the intervention group had significantly lower BRMS scores (P<0.05).

Applying virtual reality technology to ideological and political education teaching in universities can not only improve teaching quality, but also effectively adjust students’ psychological conditions and improve their mood disorders.

The complex social and family environment puts some college students under significant psychological pressure and stimulation and some students experience Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). If not intervened in a timely manner, it will cause significant harm to students’ physical and mental health and even threaten the stability of the campus. From the perspective of educational psychology, collaborative education of ideological and political education for college students can improve the timeliness of ideological and political education, and is of great significance for timely intervention of students’ psychological issues. It can be applied to students PTSD intervention.

The study conducted selection and grouping of 60 PTSD students, resulting in a control group (30) and an intervention group (30). The former adopts general ideological and political education, while the latter adopts a collaborative education strategy for college students’ ideological and political education, lasting for 3 months. PTSD was evaluated using indicators such as the Self-rating Scale for Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD-SS), and SPSS23.0 software was used to process data.

After 3 months of teaching, the PTSD symptoms of the two groups were improved significantly. Unlike the control group, the intervention group had lower PTSD-SS scores (P<0.05).

Combined with educational psychology, after the implementation of the collaborative education strategy for ideological and political education among college students, the symptoms of PTSD students have been alleviated to varying degrees, and the sleep quality of students has been greatly improved.

Anxiety neurosis is a common type of neurosis characterized by anxiety. Genetic, biological, and psychological factors can all lead to the occurrence of anxiety disorder. In order to improve the treatment effect of anxiety disorder, the study integrates the educational concept of curriculum ideological and political education into the classroom education of college students, analyzes the positive impact of curriculum ideological and political education on the group of college anxiety disorder patients, and provides more treatment interventions for the treatment of anxiety disorder.

160 college students with anxiety disorders were selected as experimental research subjects. The experimental group received psychological education on ideological and political concepts in the curriculum, while the control group received psychological education on traditional teaching concepts. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL90), and Self-Acceptance Questionnaire (SAQ) were used for evaluation.

The teaching integration of ideological and political courses has a positive impact on alleviating the anxiety and depression of college students (P<0.05), and can effectively improve the patient’s self-acceptance level (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the effect on anxiety is more significant (P<0.05).

From the perspective of educational psychology, the integration of teaching and curriculum ideological and political education has a positive impact on the intervention of anxiety disorder in college students, and all scales have higher scores than the control group.
