The Australian Journal of Environmental Education (AJEE) has a long history of shaping and contributing to the environmental/sustainability education field. We do this through generating a community of researchers, activists, and practitioners who are working to bring about societal, cultural, and environmental transformation for a better world. This international journal is one of the oldest in the field. We will soon be celebrating our fortieth anniversary.
We have an active Editorial Executive and International Board who volunteer time to bring voice to the significant entangled issues of our time. We value diversity, equity, and inclusion; aim to embrace worldviews conducive to hope and healing; and encourage research leading to regeneration.
We are interested in publishing contemporary, innovative, and futures focused research, along with stories of practice from around the world, not only from Australia and New Zealand. We appreciate creative and engaging research representations in our articles, reviews, synopses and communications.
Should you wish to contribute, please see our Information for Authors and explore our published manuscripts via FirstView and All Issues.
