L'ANALISI DELLA STRUTTURA SOCIALE

Introduzione

La nozione di struttura sociale sembra essere centrale nelle scienze sociali. Queste, infatti, hanno le interazioni umane come principale punto focale; e tutte ricercano, in tali interazioni, dei modelli di riferimento. Così, non è sorprendente trovare riferimenti costanti alla «struttura sociale» nella letteratura delle varie discipline sociali. Ciononostante, la capacità di compiere analisi strutturali nelle scienze sociali, in relazione ad altre capacità analitiche, è poco sviluppata e, al tempo stesso, poco utilizzata. Ritengo che tale deficienza costituisca un ostacolo basilare al progresso teorico.
