The capacity for lying is a common human phenomenon with evolutionary explanations, in which one seeks to deceive usually to avoid harmful or undesired consequences. The spectrum of lies is vast and varies from the content to the motivation. Pathological lying has the potential to affect mental evaluations thus motivating an important discussion regarding this behaviour.

The authors aim to explore the psychopathological concept and spectrum of pathological lies, from their underlying motives to their implications and challenges in psychiatric diagnosis with recourse to a clinical case example.

A review of pertinent literature on the topic with focus on that which is most relevant to the theme was included. The authors present the clinical case of a middle-aged female who presented with mythomania which included the fabrication of having attempted murder.

The literature demonstrates a relationship between compulsive lying and personality disorders. Head trauma and other central nervous system issues may also play a role. Some traits may facilitate the detection of deception, such as dramatic and unmotivated constructs with a positive self-portrayal. The clinical case description correlates the personality factors associated with mythomania, namely antisocial personality disorder, differing from the typical presentation as her fabrications portrayed her negatively.

The implication of pathological lying is that it may interfere with mental assessment thus altering, by way of deception, the psychiatric evaluation as lies may be difficult to detect upon a first evaluation. The psychiatrist should be alerted to the possibility of fabrication when dealing with a patient with predisposing factors.

Gender disparities exist regarding prevalence, symptomatology and risk factors of mental disorders. In Tunisia, there is only one hospital dedicated entirely to mental health which is Razi hospital.

The aim of the present study was to assess gender based mental health disparities in a psychiatric department and its related factors.

A cross sectional and comparative survey was conducted between March and April 2021 in the department of psychiatry D of Razi Hospital including 70 patients with a sex ratio= 1.

The participants were aged between 17 and 68. Men had higher rate of celibacy: 80% of men against 48.57% of women (p=0.009). A total of 11.42% of women were illiterate against 2.85% of men, 48% of men were unemployed against 62.85% of women. There was a significant difference between gender and use of cigarettes, cannabis and alcohol (p<0.001). The diagnosis was mood disorders for 35.42% of women and 17.14% of men and schizophrenia for 57.14% of women and 77.14% of men. Gender and modality of hospitalization were significantly associated (p=0.046): 14% of women were involuntary hospitalized against 40% of men. Time between symptoms onset and consulting is 3.5 years (±5.67) for women and 1.77 (±4.75) for men. The mean number of admissions for women is 1.59 and for men 4.2 (p=0.009).

Onset of mental disorders for women is 3 to 4 years later than men. They have better premorbid functionning and better social networks.Gender disparities are not only determined biologically but also socially.

To analyze clinical indicators of patients with COVID-19 with mental disorders and to identify predictors of adverse outcomes associated with mental state on its basis.

The study included 97 patients, 41 men and 56 women (62.3±15.3 years of age). During the observation period, 26 people died and 71 people recovered. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire (109 variables). Binary logistic regression and Cox proportional hazards regression were used.

In the study group, death occurred on average after 11.5 days. In this group, the mental state of patients was more severe with a predominance of cases of delirium. With age, the probability of a fatal outcome increased by 1.03 with each year of life. The severity of mental disorder had a greater impact on the risk of death compared to age (p=0.003). Improvement of the mental state of patients during psychotropic therapy was associated with a reduction in the risk of an unfavorable outcome of coronavirus infection by 11.11 times. The greatest contribution to the unfavorable outcome was made by the severity of infection: the risk of death increased by 33.17 times.

A severe or extremely severe mental state increased the risk of death by 4.55 times. The most significant factor in predicting mortality was associated with the severity of the underlying disease.

to determine the adaptation strategies of the parents of children monitored for adrenal insufficiency in the face of their children’s pathology

We conducted a descriptive cross-sectional study carried out with parents of children with Adrenal Insufficiency followed at the pediatric outpatient clinic in Taher Sfar Mahdia University Hospital between February 2019 and April 2020. We used a pre-established questionnaire collecting sociodemographic data and the strategies of coping using the Brief-COPE Board.

A total of 38 parents of children with adrenal insufficiency and 38 control parents participated in the study. The Brief-Cope board’s study of Coping strategies revealed that the strategies most used by parents of children with Adrenal insufficiency were, in descending order: religion (92.1%), support emotional (73.7%), distraction (63.9%), behavioral disengagement and acceptance (57.9%), instrumental support (52.6%), expression of feelings (50%), positive reinterpretation (39.5%), blame (38.9%), denial and humor (36.8%), active coping and planning (36.1%). On the other hand, those used by the control population were in descending order: religion (94.4%), distraction (84.2%), blame (78.9%), acceptance (72.2%) %), emotional support (69.4%), humor (63.9%), behavioral disengagement (61.1%), active coping (47.2%), expression of feelings (44 , 7%), planning (41.7%), instrumental support (30.6%), positive reinterpretation (22%), denial (19.4%).

Psychological support for the parents of children with chronic illnesses would be necessary to prevent parental burnout and improve their ability to adapt to their experiences

Schizophrenia (SZ) is associated with changes in haematological parameters related to low-grade inflammation state and could be amplified via oxidative stress (OS) related mechanisms. Although studies confirm this relationship, the results could be cofounded by patients’ treatment.

The study aimed to assess the connection between venous blood count and OS in drug-naïve first-episode SZ patients.

The study consisted of 24 SZ drug-naïve patients during first episode of psychosis (median age: 22 years), and 31 healthy individuals (HC) as a control group (median age: 28 years). The examination included clinical data, OS parameters (enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants), peripheral blood counts.

We did not find differences between SZ and HC in blood count parameters (p>0.05). In patients group, white blood cells (WBC), neutrophils and neutrophils-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) were positively related with the severity of positive symptoms (R=0.59, R=0.53, R=0.50; p<0.05, respectively). WBC was related to superoxide dismutase (SOD-1) levels (HC: R=-0.36, SZ: R=0.70; p<0.05). Neutrophils were positively related to catalase (CAT) (R=0.52; p<0.05) and ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) (R=0.61; p<0.05), but only in the patients’ group. There was a positive relationship between NLR and CAT (R=0.45; p<0.05) in the SZ group.

The results indicate potential connection and interplay between OS and blood count parameters in the onset of psychotic episode. Further studies on a larger group of patients are needed.

Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) has been implicated in mediating the effect of antidepressants (AD) and electroconvulsive therapy on depression since it plays a significant role in the neurogenesis. However, the serum VEGF level has not been investigated so far in association with rTMS treatment in patients with major depressive disorder (MDD).

The aim of our study was to compare the effect of the antidepressants and of the repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the serum vascular endothelial growth factor and its association with the responsiveness to the treatments.

A dataset of 50 patients with TRD who were treated with AD (n=33) and bilateral rTMS for 2x5 days (n=17) was analysed (sample ’rTMS&AD’). Montgomery-Asberg Depression Scale (MADRS) was used for monitoring the symptom changes. The serum VEGF levels and symptoms were assessed on the first (V1), on the 14th (V2) and on the 28th day (V3). The VEGF levels were measured by ELISA assay.

The baseline VEGF levels were significantly higher in non-responders both in the rTMS&AD (p=0.04) and AD samples (p=0.02) compared to responders. The MADRS reduction and the changes in VEGF levels between V1 and V3 were significantly associated in responders only in the AD&rTMS sample (p=0.03). The baseline VEGF level has been proven as a significant predictive factor of treatment response in the total sample (p=0.018).

The baseline VEGF level can be a predictive factor to be a non-responder to different treatments. Change of the VEGF level is associated with the improvement of depressive symptoms only due to rTMS.

According to international studies, at least 70% of BPD in adolescence are comorbid with MDD.

To determine the clinical and psychopathological markers of MDD in BPD in adolescence.

Clinical psychopathological interview, SCID-II, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS). Sample: N=73 male and female, age: 18-25 with MDD and BPD.

MDD comorbid with BPD in adolescence is characterized by polymorphism of its’ psychopathological manifestations due to the structure of BPD and the input of the age factor. In the studied sample 31 (42,5%) with both MDD and BPD also revealed addictions; 24 patients (32,9%) - anxiety and obsessive-compulsive (OCD) disorders, 18 patients (24,7%) had overvalued ideas. The high contingency of MDD with autoaggressive actions confirmed their high suicidal risk (53 patients). Among them - 31 patients (58,5%) - had non-suicidal self-harm (NSSI), 7 patients – (13,2%) had suicidal attempt (SA), and 15 patients (28,3%) had NSSI and suicidal attempts (NSSI+SA). The highest incidence of NSSI and NSSI+SA was noted in MDD with addictive disorders: NSSI – N=20 (80,00%), NSSI+SA - N=5 (20,00%), SA – N=0. MDD with BPD and anxiety disorders: NSSI – N=9 (56,25%), NSSI+SA – N= 6 (37,50%), SA–N=1 (6,25%). MDD with BPD and overvalued ideas: NSSI – N=2 (16,67%), NSSI +SA – N= 4 (33,33%), SA N=6 (50,0%), (results p<0.01).

Psychopathological relations between BPD and MDD in youth are different due to additional comorbid conditions, like addictions, anxiety and OCD, overvalued ideas and have clinical implications in terms of suicidal and NSSI risks, individualized interventions and prognosis.

There is a current trend towards an increase in the number of elderly prisoners due to the increase in life expectancy and the change in the attitude of society and the judicial system. The cut-off for “older offender” is defined from the age of 50, due to the lifestyle previous to prision and premature ageing.

The authors intend to understand the challenges of aging in prison and forensic services, highlighting the psychiatric comorbidities of inmates and how these services can adapt to the needs of this population.

Non-systematic review of the literature.

Studies of elderly in prisons and elderly forensic psychiatric patients are limited. Prisoners have increased physical and psychiatric morbidity and early mortality as they are more exposed to risk factors and more likely to have at least one health problem compared to older adults in the community. Compared to older people in the community, older prisoners are at higher risk for most psychiatric disorders including depression, psychosis, bipolar disorder, cognitive impairment, personality disorder and anxiety. Suicide rates are also higher among elderly prisoners. The inadequacy of the prison system to respond to the unique needs of elderly prisoners has a detrimental impact on their overall experience of incarceration. The development of specific services for elderly prisoners or the adaptation of mixed units for the elderly population is proposed.

The elderly population in prisons is growing and has higher risk of psychiatric pathology compared to community elders. Prison services with difficulties in identifying and meeting these needs.

A case of clozapine-induced pneumonitis during COVID-19 pandemic is described.- A mini-review of clozapine inflamamtory effects, induced-pneumonitis and SARS-CoV-2 was performed.

A 33 year old afrolatin male started treatment with clozapine up to 250 mg daily. He developed fever and respiratory symptoms in the 11th day of treatment. The exploration revealed pulmonary sounds decreased and 91% basal saturation, making the probable causes viral infection (local incidence of SARS-CoV-2 >800/100000hab), nosocomial bacterial infection or pulmonary thromboembolism. The patient was isolated due to probable COVID-19. Blood tests showed leucocytosis (13400/mcL), Lymphocytopenia (11.8%), high PCR (14.4mg/dL), Ferritine (506.9ng/mL), Fibrinigen (663.83 mg/dL), D-Dimer (1.61mg/dL), and Interleukin-9 /25.8pg/mL). The angioTC revealed a pleural efusion and ground glass infiltrates (figure1). Only after 2 weeks eosinophilia was discovered (88/mcL) After 2 negative consecutieve PCRs for SARS-CoV-2, no imrovement with ampirical antibiotics and all infectious pannels negative, we started decreasing clozapine with improvement of the symptoms and resolution after suspending clozapine completely.

Clozapine may induce a generalize inflammatory response mediated by interleukin-6. Patients treated with clozapine may exhibit fever and rarely, insterstitial lung inflammation. The expression of induced pneumonitis resembles viral infections, particularly SARS-CoV-2

Adolescents spend more time on the Internet than adults, making them susceptible to problematic Internet use (PIU). Evidence shows that PIU has a negative impact on self-esteem among adolescents, disturbing the development of emotional regulation, which makes them more likely to develop depressive symptoms subsequently. However, there is lack of literature focusing on the process that self-esteem may mediate the association between PIU and depressive symptoms.

This study aimed to examine the prospective links between PIU, self-esteem, and depressive symptoms in adolescence.

A total of 1,736 adolescents completed this longitudinal study. The baseline survey was conducted in 2019, and the follow-up surveys were performed at 1-year and 2-year later. Problematic Internet use, self-esteem, and depressive symptoms were measured. A cascade model was used to examine the longitudinal associations between PIU, self-esteem, and depressive symptoms.

The mean (SD) age of participants was 13.6 (1.5) years at baseline. The final results observed significant within-time associations between PIU, self-esteem, and depressive symptoms at each time point. PIU and low level of self-esteem could predict subsequent depressive symptoms among adolescents, and depressive symptoms were also associated with subsequent PIU and self-esteem.

Both problematic Internet use and self-esteem show bidirectional predictions with depressive symptoms among Chinese adolescents. Health-related professionals, schools and families should be aware of the findings of bidirectional associations. Adolescents with problematic Internet use and lower self-esteem should be paid more attention to attenuate the risk of developing depressive symptoms.

Psychological vitality has a significant relationship with self-realization, mental health, positive emotions and self-motivation, life satisfaction, and optimism. Additionally, it reduces the possibility of exposure to anxiety, depression and stress. In the same line, work pressures drive teachers to suffer from some negative emotions such as anger and lack of motivation, which in turn influence their vitality, social relations with colleagues.

The present study designed a motivational counseling-based program to improve psychological vitality among teachers in Dhofar region schools

Participants were 60 teachers obtained the lowest degrees on the psychological vitality questionnaire. They were divided randomly into two groups: experimental and control. Qusai-experimental method with two groups design was adopted. The given program consists of 18 counseling sessions at the rate of 3 sessions per week ranging from 60 to 75 minutes.

indicated that statistically significant differences at 0.01 level were found between mean scores of both groups groups on the posttest of psychological vitality favoring the experimental group. Also, statistically significant differences at 0.01 level were detected between the pre-test and post-test (experimental group) mean scores favoring the post-test. Taken together those findings confirm the effectiveness of the counseling program in improving psychological vitality Posttest and follow up test did not significantly differ which prove the continuity of program effectiveness.

To conclude, motivational counseling plays an important role in enhancing psychological vitality of teachers. Further research might use the program in alleviating other psychological disorders.

The study of psychopathic traits has increased in recent years, given the impact that these traits have on our society.

This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between psychopathy traits and ability emotional intelligence by examining the sub-dimensions of both constructs in a sample of incarcerated males.

A total of sixty-three incarcerated adult males (Mage = 37.51) were assessed for psychopathy traits and emotional intelligence levels through the 34-item Self-Report Psychopathy Scale-III (SRP-III) and the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT) respectively.

The results revealed that the incarcerated population is characterized by low EI and high psychopathic traits (explained by the scores obtained on the criminal tendencies sub-dimension). Moreover, participants scoring lower in ability EI were more likely to score higher on the callous affect sub-dimension of psychopathy. We also observed an indirect negative effect of ability EI on erratic lifestyle, criminal tendencies and interpersonal manipulation sub-dimensions through the mediating role of callous affect.

These findings offer a better understanding of the relationship between psychopathy traits and ability emotional intelligence and provide empirical support for the need to implement intervention programs in penitentiary centers based on EI training, which could help to reduce antisocial and disruptive behaviours and facilitate future reintegration into society.

Descriptive study collating patients who consulted for CHE, at the Dermatology Department of the CHU Hédi Chaker Sfax, during 3 years (2018-2020). A socio-demographic, clinic , and the Quality of life Questionnaire (DLQI) were administered in this study.

Our study included 12 patients (8 men and 4 women). The mean age was 46.8±11.6 years. The patients were in professional activity in 86.8% of the cases. No patient was in early retirement or disability status. The average duration of the disease was 4.5 years (1- 9 years). All patients were in remission. The intensity of pruritus at the last attack was mild (25.77%), moderate (72.23%), and severe (2%). The impact of pruritus on sleep was noted in 100%. The mean total quality of life score (DLQI) was 6.8±5.5 which means a moderate impairment of quality of life

This work highlights the importance of the impact of this dermatitis on the quality of life of these patients. Therefore, multidisciplinary dermatological and psychiatric management is considered necessary

The prevalence of allergies in children has grown in last few decades. Allergies are very often associated with physical, mental, and emotional problems that could be detected through child’s behaviour and feelings.

to describe and compare children’s behaviour (internalizing and externalizing) across a sample of children aged 6–11 years with and without allergic diseases.

This was a cross-sectional observational case-control study. A survey to 366 families (194 allergic cases and 172 controls), including a child behaviour checklist (CBCL) and a socio-demographic questionnaire with questions related to family, school education, health conditions and allergy symptoms, was administered.

Children with a diagnosis of allergy showed higher scores in the overall CBCL score (standardised mean differences [SMD]= 0.47; confidence intervals [CI]: 0.26–0.68) and in the internalizing and externalizing factors (SMD=0.52 and SMD=0.36, respectively) than non-allergic children. Odds ratio (OR) analyses showed a higher risk (OR=2.76; 95% CI [1.61 to 4.72]) of developing a behavioural difficulty in children diagnosed with allergies. Age and level of asthma appear as modulatory variables.

Children aged 6–11 years diagnosed with allergies showed larger behavioural problems than non-allergic children. This relationship is stronger in internalizing behaviours. These findings suggest the importance of attending to them and treating them in the early stages of diagnosis to avoid future psychological disorders.

Modern social discourse emphasizes an importance of health either as a limiting resource that needs to be “saved” and “restored”, or as a vulnerability that should be protected, or as a “natural gift” that needs support and recovery by natural methods including alternative medicine. Advertisement adds to the social discourse a meaning of health as a sign of success. Research demonstrated that beliefs in any of these meanings is associated with higher adherence to medical recommendations but also higher catastrophizing of bodily sensations, somatosensory amplification and belief in bodily weakness (Rasskazova et al., 2017).

To reveal relationships of beliefs and thoughts in “hypochondriac discourse” with subjective importance of health self-care and health-oriented behavior.

340 participants 17-77 years old filled “Hypochondriac” Discourse Questionnaire (Rasskazova et al., 2016) that includes four scales measuring beliefs and four scales measuring frequency of thoughts about each health meaning, and Health Self-Care Scale (Rasskazova et al., 2021) that differentiates subjective importance of different ways of self-care and activities (Cronbach’s alphas .66-.80).

All beliefs in “hypochondriac discourse” except importance of alternative medicine are related to medical health monitoring and active styles of life (r=.23-.43) but unrelated to reported activities. Frequency of thoughts about “hypochondriac discourse” are related to adherence to health behavior (r=.31-.49).

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity, and/or impulsivity. It is one of the most common disabilities in college populations and comorbidity with depression is frequently reported.

The aim of the study is to shed light on depression as comorbidity and other intrapersonal correlates of ADHD in young adults.

Participants were Hungarian university students (N=420; M=24.5, SD=5.0 years). Criteria of the ADHD group were based on the Adult ADHD Self Report Scale V1.1 (ASRS-V.1.1) screening tool. The participants filled in the Beck’s Depression Inventory, the Hyperfocus Scale, Flow State Scale, Academic Persistence Scale, Satisfaction With Life Scale, General Self-Efficacy Scale, and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale.

We found that in the group of students who had ADHD symptoms, depression score was significantly (p<.001) higher (M=18.38, SD=5.87) than the control group’s scores (M=14.56, SD=4.45). Frequency of severe depression was 13.4% (moderate: 33.5%) while in the control group: 1.6% and 17.6% respectively. Participants reporting ADHD symptoms (N=164, 39%) also reported lower levels of resilience (M=23.40, SD=6.96), relative to their non-ADHD peers (M=27.69, SD=6.48). Significant differences were found in the areas of self-efficacy, depression, flow and hyperfocus as well, and ADHD symptoms contributed to lower level of life satisfaction (β=-0.24, p<.001).

Our findings suggest that university students reporting symptoms of ADHD may be assisted with strategies that are focused on increasing protective factors (i.e., resilience, self-efficacy, flow) to prevent depression and improve their life satisfaction and quality of life.

Negative symptoms (NS) are a core feature of schizophrenia. NS show heterogeneity proven by factor analysis, which revealed two distinct negative symptoms subdomains: diminished expression (DE) and avolition/apathy (AA) (Marder et al. 2017, Fleischhacker et al. 2019). Some studies showed the different effects of these subdomains on clinical features of schizophrenia that suggest different pathophysiological mechanisms for their development (Stanculete 2021). It has been also shown that the levels of peripheral interleukins (IL) specifically correlate with NS (Enache et al. 2021), in particular, increased IL levels were determined in patients with deficit syndrome compared to non-deficit schizophrenia (Goldsmith et al. 2018).

To search for the association of genes for IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 and C-reactive protein (CRP) with NS subdomains.

The total sample included 551 patients (women 51,4%, aged 18-72 years) with ICD-10 diagnosis of schizophrenia. NS were assessed by PANSS. PANSS-derived factors include AA (items N2, N4, G16) and DE (N1, N3, N6, G5, G7, G13). Genotyping was performed for the following polymorphisms: C-589T IL-4, C-174G IL-6, C-592A IL-10, G-1082A IL-10, CRP (rs2794521).

There are effects of C-592A IL-10 (p=0.017) and G-1082A IL-10 (p=0.012) on AA subdomain. Post-hoc Bonferroni corrected comparisons show that carriers of the haplotype AA (C-592A)- AA (G-1082A) have the highest AA score. A significant effect of CRP (rs2794521) on AA is identified (p=0.007). There is a trend towards the association of C-589T IL-4 and C-174G IL-6 with AA. Autoimmune encephalitis are inflammatory diseases of the CNS mediated by antibodies that attack neurotransmitter receptors or proteins on the surface of neurons, usually in the limbic system. The clinic is different according to the antineuronal Ac involved.

To make a correct differential diagnosis between autoimmune encephalitis and primary psychiatric pathologies that may be similar in symptoms through a complete study of the patient including anamnesis, physical examination, imaging tests, cerebrospinal fluid and serum studies.

Description of a clinical case. A 31-year-old female patient, with no previous history of interest, was brought to the emergency department for a suspected seizure. The previous days she had presented emotional lability, difficulty in concentration and reading, blurred vision, confusion and hemicranial headache. Two days later she returned to the emergency room for insomnia, dysarthria, difficulty in reading, comprehension, naming, and excessive rumination of her problems. Incoherent and repetitive language. The Emergency service requested to rule out a conversive disorder.

Neuropsychiatric manifestations (anxiety, depression, behavioral disturbances, insomnia, memory deficits, psychomotor agitation, mania, auditory and visual hallucinations, delusions) are the first symptom in 70% of autoimmune encephalitis due to anti-NMDA antibodies and usually respond poorly to psychiatric treatment, making the treatment of the primary cause necessary for the remission of these symptoms.

Given their increasing recognition and prevalence, autoimmune causes should always be taken into account in behavioral changes, cognitive or consciousness impairment of subacute installation, especially in young patients and once infectious, metabolic and vascular causes have been ruled out with an appropriate complementary study.

Huntington’s disease (HD) is a rare (1-9/100 000), inherited disease characterized by an elongated CAG repeat on chromosome 4p, leading to a degeneration of neurons. Also, psychiatric symptoms are very common in the early stage and may appear before motor symptoms.

To characterize neuropsychiatric symptoms in a group of individuals with manifest or pre-motor Huntington’s disease in Medellín, Colombia.

Data obtained from clinical records of individuals with HD (motor-manifest or pre-motor with triplets count) evaluated for ENROLL-HD project in the Group of Neuroscience of Antioquia. We explored variables related to substances abuse, neuropsychiatric symptoms, the respective age of onset, sex, and triplet count when available.

Twenty-six (53%) were women, 8% had a familiar history of psychotic illness in a first-degree relative and 88% presented motor symptoms. Also, 59% had a history of depression, 53% irritability, 57% aggressiveness, 34% apathy, 29% perseverative/obsessive behavior, 14% psychosis, and 30% mild cognitive impairment. Ten individuals (20%) had motor without neuropsychiatric symptoms. Also, thirty-seven individuals (76%) presented motor and neuropsychiatric symptoms; of these, 41% had neuropsychiatric symptoms before motor symptoms. No psychiatric symptoms were associated with the use of alcohol, cigarettes, or drugs of abuse.

Neuropsychiatric symptoms are highly prevalent among individuals with HD and studies oriented to create relevant knowledge for the development of advice oriented to people with this disease are necessary.
