On the culturing of Rhabditis terrestris n.sp

Extract

1. A new species of the genus Rhabditis is described.

2. The development of a standard method of culturing the species is outlined, and the effect on the nematode of varying the method of culturing is detailed and discussed.

3. The relationships between the nematode and the bacteria and Protozoa of the cultures are discussed.
