Extract

The material for this investigation was obtained from the intestines of cormorants shot on the coast of Cardigan Bay between Aberystwyth and Borth. Of 23 birds examined, 5, or 23 per cent., were infected with this species. Anything from 1–10 individuals were obtained from each intestine.
