An in vivo screening method for anthelmintic activity using Hymenolepis nana var fraterna in mice
Published online by Cambridge University Press: 06 April 2009
Extract
An in vivo test is described for the screening of compounds for anthelmintic activity using Hymenolepsis nana var fraterna in mice. Results obtained with known taenicides and taenifuges are tabled, analysed and compared with their action against the tapeworms of larger animals including man.
