This journal uses a single-anonymous model of peer review. The author does not know the identity of the reviewers, but the reviewers know the identity of the author.
Peer review
The peer review process is intended to judge the paper’s suitability for both an informed and less ‘expert’ audience, and to feed in constructively to an enhanced final version.
To assist in the process, the Editor appoints two or three anonymous reviewers (who might include members of the LT Editorial Board) with particular interest and proven experience in the field in question. Authors are welcome to put forward names of potential reviewers familiar with the field under review, if they wish.
Appeals
To appeal an editorial decision, please contact the Editor in Chief (at [email protected]) and specify the reason for your appeal.
Your appeal will be reviewed by the Editor in Chief and/or an Editor who did not review the manuscript. The final decision regarding your appeal will rest with the LT Editor in Chief and Editorial Board.
