This articleReference Inoue, Zhang, Chen, Sakurai, Saida and Matsushita1 has been retracted by the Editor-In-Chief.

Figures 1, 2, 5, 20, and 21 were earlier published in the authors’ publications in Materials Transactions, JIM,Reference Inoue, Zhang, Saida, Matsushita, Chen and Sakurai2 Applied Physics Letters Reference Inoue, Zhang, Chen and Sakurai3 (also retracted), and Materials Science and Engineering.Reference Inoue, Fan, Saida and Zhang4 No permission was obtained from the publishers to reprint the figures.

The authors also self-plagiarized substantial portions from all of the above publications.

This retraction has no bearing on the previously published work, and the results stand as presented.
