Introduzione

Questo articolo raccoglie una serie di riflessioni metodologiche attinenti al disegno della ricerca preferito dall'autore: una ricerca comparata che combina dimensione di variazione spaziale e temporale. Nel corso del lavoro si cercherà di giustificare tale preferenza. Tuttavia, l'obiettivo principale rimane quello di confrontare questa strategia di ricerca con altre e di porre in rilievo alcune questioni di metodo che le sono specifiche.
