Thirteenth Session

The South Pacific Commission held its thirteenth session at Anse Vata, Noumea, from October 11 to 28, 1954, with the Senior Commissioner for Australia, Mr. J. R. Halligan as chairman. The Commission accepted the report of the Sixth Meeting of the Research Council “with appreciation of its comprehensive review of the possibilities for study and development”.
