Studies on The Reaction of Some Cacao Varieties to Phytophthora Palmivora (Butl.) Butl. in Jamaica

Summary

A simple method of studying the reaction of detached cacao pods to Phytophthora palmivora is described. The results, which bear a close relation to field observations, are discussed in this context.
