Cognitive complaints and psychological distress are common in oncologic patients, in particular many studies have focused on women with breast cancer.Patients presenting the phenomenon of “chemofog” show changes after chemotherapy with regard to memory and emotional regulaiton.

To explore brain connectivity prior to chemotherapy that nevertheless,is understudied.

We used fMRI to investigate the resting state connectivity in 24 patients before chemotherapy and 15 controls.Patients were assessed with self-administered questionnaires,such as the Patient’s Assessment of Own Functioning Inventory (PAOFI) that quantifies the decrease in perceived functioning in memory, language and problem solving (Image 1).We used a preliminary structural analysis in order to choose which neuropsychological test was affected in correlation with a significant anatomical volume alteration,as showed in the p-value table.Therefore, patients were ranked and divided into two group of “Impaired vs Preserved”, measured using the median of the questionnaire results.Higher scores indicate a poor cognitive self-perceived performance.

Connectivity was altered in amygdala and hippocampus, in the subgroup of patients with higher subjective cognitive complaints i.e with a high PAOFI Memory score.More specifically, we found an association between memory impairment and the increase of the resting state connectivity of both right structures, as opposed to a reduction in left amygdala (Image 3).

These findings may suggest a potential effect on brain functional connectivity of the psychological awareness and stress of cancer itself. We found connectivity alterations for both amygdala and hippocampus, two structures belonging to the limbic system, that is involved in the interplay between cognition and emotions, such as anxiety and fear.

Gaming is a source of addiction for adolescents. It is recognized as a behavioral and mental health condition, both by the American Psychiatric Association and by the World Health Organization.

To determine the prevalence of gaming addiction among secondary school students.

This cross-sectional study was conducted between September and October of 2020 among students enrolled in secondary school. The participants had filled the Game addiction scale and a data file regarding the socio-demographic information, physical and information about the internet access and use.

The initial sample was composed of 180 secondary school students. Among them 28 were excluded because they did not play video games. Final sample consisted of 152 students (90 males, 62 females) with a mean age of 13.14 ± 1.2 years. The average duration of connection among participants was 5.3 hours per day. Nearly one quarter of the participants (24,3%) played videogames more than 20 h per week. The prevalence of gaming addiction was 21,7%. The participants with gaming addiction were, on average, younger than those who were not addicted to gaming Game-addicted individuals were more likely to be male than female (13,8% vs 7,9%; p=0,036). There was, also, a significant relation between IA and having academic difficulties (p=0.042).

Based on our study findings, that gaming addiction is a challenging problem among Tunisian adolescents. We recommend authorities consider gaming addiction a serious problem for the young population and make this growing phenomenon an adolescent health priority.

Recently, several studies have implicated the social context during a traumatic experience in susceptibility to, and severity of, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Although the precise mechanisms through which the social context affects the development of PTSD are unknown, it has been suggested that the neuropeptides oxytocin and β-endorphin may play a key role in this dynamic through their effects on both the locus coeruleus and the mesocortical and mesolimbic dopamine systems.

This experiment aims to identify in how far a formal social position, endowed by a recognised authority, modulates the stress response in cadets at the Czech military academy during a highly stressful training exercise.

As part of survival training, 40 cadets partake in a simulation of an avalanche. Although the maximum duration of the experience (being buried under snow) is 15 minutes, most cadets do not last longer than a few minutes with a significant portion requesting termination after a matter of seconds. During the experience, participants are fitted with a heart-rate and heart-rate variability monitor and tested before and after for pain resilience (a common proxy measure for β-endorphin). Participants are randomly allocated to have their individual scores or the average of their collective scores (in small groups of 5) incorporated in their final evaluation of the exercise.

Not all data has been collected yet.

We expect to see a difference in resilience (measured in duration) between the two groups which is mirrored in the afore mentioned biomarkers.

The clinical evidence and cost-effectiveness of digitalised prevention and treatment of mental disorders such as depression, anxiety and alcohol misuse have been steadily growing over the last two decades. However, bridging the gap between evidence-based eMental-health interventions and their actual delivery, evaluation and implementation in routine care has proven to be more difficult and a longer process than previously expected thereby reaching the estimated forecast of Roger’s innovation cycle of 20 years. In contrast, during the appearance of COVID-19 in 2020 for many patients and therapists digitalized treatment was the only option. Meanwhile from a scientific and policy perspective the implementation and upscaling of digital mental health care innovations in routine care have gained momentum in terms of theoretical perspectives on organizational change, empirical research into how to effectively implement digital innovations from the perspective of a variety of stakeholders and organizational levels (micro, macro and meso). In this presentation an overview of these issues will be presented, and it will be discussed whether COVID-19 might act as a turning point for the provision of large scale access to and implementation of digitalized mental health care in the near future.

The World Health Organization (WHO) set a target of task shifting as a means of achieving improved mental health services within the community as a means of tackling the unmet needs of mental health care. Primary health care workers (PHCWs) have been identified as essential to achieving this goal.

This study was to identify attitudes and beliefs of PHCWs on mental illness, and to assess the effect of a mental health training on these attitudes and beliefs.

The attitude towards mental illness (ASMI) scale was administered on 91 PHCWs pre- and post- a 4 day training on mental health to assess change in attitude across 6 domains.

Our findings revealed significant positive change in four domains, namely separatism (p = < 0.001), restrictiveness (p = < 0.001), benevolence (p = p =< 0.001) and stigmatization (p = < 0.001). The changes in stereotyping (p = 0.475) and pessimistic prediction (p = 0.056) domains were not clinically significant.

Primary health care workers’ negative attitude and stigmatizing beliefs can be improved upon via regular enlightenment programmes and training. This can be done at regular intervals

Reduced motivation in schizophrenia is expressed is as the reduction of activity and social functioning.

Assessment of motivation in patients with schizophrenia and development to their psychosocial treatment.

Clinical, psychometric (URICA, PSP, PANSS), statistical. Included 100 patients diagnosed with schisophrenia F.20-29(ICD-10) with various levels of deficit.

The analysis showed the connection between the intensity of negative disorders of the patients with the level of their motivations: in the group of patients with severe deficiency (pseudoorganic), a decrease in the level of motivation was found: the score of the «Precontemplation» stage of the URICA scale (56.20 ± 9.29) was higher (P <0.001). Patients with moderate deficit (diminished schizoid) changes were distinguished by high motivation, high scores on the «Action» (49.34 ± 8.22, P <0.005) and «Maintenance» scale (52.43 ± 10.51, P <0.005). A negative correlation was established between the indicators of patient motivation and the PANSS scale: will disorders (r = -0.75, P <0.01), social withdrawal (r = -0.64, P <0.01), blunted affect (r = -0.62, P<0.005), etc. High positive correlation found between motivation rating and PSP scores in socially activity (r = 0,74, P <0,005) and social relationships (r = 0,65, P <0,01). We have developed a comprehensive program of psychosocial treatment, including compliance therapy, motivational, cognitive and social skills training, destigmatization actions and an assessment of its effectiveness.

The developed rehabilitation program showed high efficiency: increasing motivation, reducing self-stigmatization, developing communication skills, improving social functioning and cognitive sphere in patients with schizophrenia.

In the continuous work to reduce the use of coercion in the psychiatric care, attention in Denmark has especially been directed towards mechanical restraint, i.e. the use of belts to fixate patients to a bed. While the use of mechanical restraint is currently decreasing, increases in other types of coercive acts are observed (e.g., forced medication and hourly episodes of manual restraint). The use of manual restraint refers to mental health workers immobilizing a patient to avoid harm to self or others. Manual restraint is generally considered less intrusive to a patient’s autonomy than the use of mechanical restraint. However, no study has yet explored if it is actually experienced as such by the patients.

This study explores patients’ perspectives on manual and mechanical restraint, respectively.

We are currently performing a qualitative interview study of 10 patients, who have been exposed to both types of coercion. The interviews will be transcribed verbatim and analysed for thematic content.

We expect to discover more nuanced perspectives of the intrusiveness of the different forms of coercion—perspectives that may challenge the assumption that one type of coercion is by default better than another. The study’s results will be presented.

In this study, we only look at two types of coercion. More investigation into the differentiation of patients and ideal type of coercive measure is paramount to the ambitions of a better and more humanistic psychiatric care.

In the context of distance learning students have an increase in the level of stress, anxiety (Husky, Kovess-Masfety, Swendsen, 2020). There is also a problem with time management and, as a result, procrastination. The reported study was funded by RFBR according to the research project №20-04-60174.

To study the differences in the level of anxiety and procrastination depending on the type of learning.

A total of 290 students took part in the study. In the first study (before distance), 168 people took part, the average age was 19.8. In the second study (during distance) – 120 students, the average age was 19.2. The questionnaires: General Procrastination Scale, C.Lay; State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, Ch.Spielberger.

In the course of descriptive statistics, it was revealed that the level of procrastination and state anxiety have a middle score. However, the level of trait anxiety in conditions of distance learning is high, especially among 1st-year students. In a comparative analysis of the two studies, it turned out that the level of state anxiety is significantly higher (t=1,975;p=0,049) in conditions of distance learning. The correlation analysis revealed the relationship between procrastination and trait anxiety (r=0,414;p=0,0001).

These results can be used to create programs to optimize the stress manifestation in students, especially when taking online exams. The high anxiety of 1st-year students may be associated with their accumulated stress factors, such as uncertainty about the future and etc. It should be noted that the level of procrastination does not differ, which may indicate procrastination as a personality trait.

Resilience and cognitive flexibility are considered as pre-adaptive traits that help individuals to deal with environmental and social distress. Although they may alleviate emotional impulses and/or support volitional self-control (VSC), these cognitive mechanisms remain insufficiently explored.

To better understand resilience and flexibility, we built a mechanistic framework to explain variations in socially adaptive responses under distressing situations (cooperation dilemma) using economic and social decision-making paradigms.

Twenty-four university students (7 females) were enrolled. We used ego-resiliency (ER) and Machiavellian (Mach) questionnaires to measure resilience and flexibility, and applied third-party punishment (TPP) and ultimatum game (UG), as well as moral dilemma (MD) tasks to derive VSC-associated brain activity using 3T-functional magnetic resonance imaging. Mediation analysis was used to investigate whether these pre-adaptive trait levels explain cooperative decision-making (invested sum in TPP and acceptance rate of unfair offers in UG), together with VSC-associated brain activity during MD. The regions of interest included the orbitofrontal cortex (OFC), dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC), and temporoparietal junction (TPJ).

Pre-adaptive traits were a statistically significant mediator for two different models. There was an indirect effect of 1) ER on the relationship between OFC activity strength and TPP scores, and 2) Mach on the relationship between DLPFC/TPJ and UG (p < 0.05).

Although recruitment is still ongoing, our results suggested that trait resilience and flexibility may help other-regarding and goal-directed motivation shifts. They may align self-interests with collective interests and support VSC, thereby adjusting peoples’ behaviors within social contexts and cultivating social intelligence.

Even though cognitive impairment is considered a hallmark of schizophrenia, it has not been included as a criterion into major diagnostic systems.

To test whether a set of clinical-defined cognitive impairment criteria can have utility in the assessment of psychosis patients in clinical practice.

We assessed 98 patients with a psychotic disorder, diagnosed using DSM 5 criteria. We developed a set of cognitive impairment associated with psychosis (CIAPs) criteria following the format of current DSM criteria and based on previous literature. The CIAPs criteria include: A) criterion for evidence of cognitive impairment after the beginning of illness; B) cognitive impairment clinically evidenced, affecting functioning in everyday activities in at least two out of six cognitive domains; C) and D) exclusion criterion for either delirium or other neurocognitive disorders, respectively, as causal agents of the cognitive impairment. The psychosis patients dichotomized by the CIAPs criteria were tested regarding the neuropsychological performance in attention, speed of processing, verbal memory, visual memory, working memory, executive function and social cognition tasks. Also a Global Cognitive Index was calculated.

Forty-three patients with psychosis fulfilled the CIAPs criteria (43.9%). MANOVA profile analyses revealed a pattern of statistically significant deficits in all the cognitive dimensions except for social cognition in CIAPs+ patients regarding CIAPS-, with prominent deficits in processing speed and memory functions.

The CIAPs criteria could be an auxiliary method for clinicians to assess cognitive impairment. It may also permit clinical estimation of the influence of cognitive deficits on the ecological functioning of patients.

Suicide is the second most common cause of adolescent mortality worldwide.

To study the characteristics of a sample of adolescents (<18years of age) who died by suicide in Greece.

We investigated all suicides that took place within the area of the Piraeus Department of Forensic Medicine (population covered ~700,000) for the period 1992-2016, based on the victims’ forensic records.

During the 25-year period, 16 adolescents (and 1162 adults) died by suicide. They were mostly males (11/68.75%) and of Greek Nationality (14/87.5%). The mean age was 15.56 years (range: 12-17, standard deviation: 1.46). Two (12.5%) were under psychiatric medication (an antipsychotic and an antidepressant, respectively); none was receiving a benzodiazepine or a mood-stabilizing antiepileptic. None had used amphetamine, cannabis, cocaine or heroin. Two (12.5%) -one girl one boy- had consumed alcohol. The suicides took place primarily at home (12/75%), followed by outdoors (3/18.75%); one (6.25%) took place in a correctional facility. Hanging was the most prevalent method (6/37.5), followed by jumping (5/31.25%), shooting by a firearm (2/12.5%), drowning (1/6.25%), medication overdose (1/6.25% -amitriptyline poisoning) and a case of suffocating death (1/6.25%). Most suicides happened in September (5/31.25%) and April (3/18.75%). No significant differences were noted with the adult sample.

The methods chosen by the adolescents who died by suicide in our sample differ strikingly from those of usual suicide attempts at that age (medication overdose/self-cutting). The periods when the suicides took place may imply a role for school stress. Our study was retrospective and focused primarily on a large urban area.

In 2019 national survey - personal examination of persons, living in residential facilities for mentally disabled people - was executed under the instruction of the Government by specialists of V.Serbsky National Medical Research Centre. For 2559 legally incapacitated residents the procedure of rehabilitation of full or diminished capacity was recommended. For 16132 legally capable residents the procedure for recognising their incapacity was recommended (Kekelidze ZI et al., 2020).

To compare the recommendations on legal capacity in two regions with different systems of inpatient social services.

Full-sized noncontrol observational descriptive screening study.

In table 1 the recommendations on legal capacity in two regions are presented.

Differences in quantity of residents, for whom rehabilitation of full or diminished capacity was recommended, depend on characteristics of the systems of institutional care in the regions. In the first region a complex system of rehabilitation and deinstitutionalization has been organised. In the second region such system is just organising. Among legally capable and those, for whom rehabilitation of capacity was recommended, there were residents, able to live independently or under community-based services.

During the last 15 years, an ideation-to-action framework has been proposed that has prompted the development of several models that account for the transition from ideator to attempter. Previous research on one such model, the Integrated Motivational Volitional Model of Suicide (IMV), suggests it accurately distinguishes between suicide ideators and attempters. However, no study has examined the utility of the model with a psychiatric sample of depressed suicide ideators and attempters.

To address this gap in previous research, this study examines the ability of the IMV to distinguish between depressed adult suicide ideators with and without a history of suicide attempt presenting to the emergency department.

After providing informed consent and with the approval of the appropriate institutional review board, 68 adults presenting to the Emergency Department were recruited to participate in the study. Ideators and attempers were compared on sociodemographics, severity of depression/hopelessness/current suicide ideation, and volitional factors including, access, planning, exposure to family suicide, impulsivity, pain tolerance, fearlessness about death, and mental imagery of death. Group differences were evaluated using chi-square and t-tests. Multivariate group analyses were performed using logistic regression.

Of the regression analysis indicate that fearfulness about death significantly predicts suicide attempt history (OR=10.560, p=.05). Ethnicity was also found to significantly predict suicide attempt history (OR=0.67, p=.006). No other sociodemographic variables or volitional moderators were significant.

Results of this study contribute to improving accuracy in this area and suggest that fearlessness about death should be routinely included in comprehensive suicide risk assessments.

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has a great impact on health care workers (HCWs) who are exposed to high levels of stress and trauma leading to negative mental health outcomes, including stress-related symptoms and depressive symptoms.

The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of depressive symptoms, anxiety and post traumatic stress symptoms related to to the COVID 19 pandemic in Cyprus.

In this cross-sectional study, we report on mental health outcomes among HCWs in Cyprus. Data were collected between May 3rd and May 27th, 2020, using an online questionnaire that included demographics, the 9-item Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9), assessing depressive symptoms, the Impact of Events Scale Revised (IES-R) measuring PTSD symptoms and the 10 item Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) measuring stress.

424 Health Care Workers (HCWs) participated in the study. 79 HCWs (18,6%) scored in PHQ-9 above the cut-off for depression while 62 HCWs (14,6%) scored high enough in IES-R indicating a diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder. The prevalence of depression and PTSD symptoms were significantly higher among nurses compared to doctors and other HCWs. (20.7% versus 10.8%; adjusted prevalence ratio, 1.70 [95% CI, 1.06 to 2.73]), after adjustment for age and sex.

Even in countries like Cyprus with minimum impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the impact on the mental health of HCWs is substantial with nurses being more vulnerable.

Few people seek mental health care despite the high prevalence of mental illnesses and their serious consequences. Barriers explaining this lack or absence of help-seeking have been the subject of several studies with stigma being the most prominent barrier.

We aimed to assess the relationship between stigma and help-seeking intentions in a sample of Tunisian college students.

This was a cross-sectional survey. The “Mental Health Knowledge Schedule”, and the “Reported and Intended Behavior Scale” were administered to a total of 714 college students (62.2% female; mean age =20.9).

More than one-third of students (39.6%) felt that it would be “unlikely” or “very unlikely” to seek the help of a health professional for mental health problems. Pearson product moment correlations indicated that help-seeking intentions significantly and positively correlated with behavior (p<0.001, r=0,103) and knowledge (p<0.001, r=0,163). The multiple hierarchical linear regression analysis found that after controlling for demographic variables (gender, age) and other personal-related variables (marital status, family income, living environment, substance use, personal psychiatric history), help-seeking intentions were significant contributors to behaviors and knowledge.

Given that stigma and discrimination against people with mental illness is a real and perceived barrier to seeking help and treatment, psycho-educational campaigns should be put in place to address the negative perceptions and attitudes of the general population about mental health issues, and should be tailored to the needs of specific groups (including students in different disciplines), taking into account their attitudes, fear and concerns about mental illness.

At pathomorphological research of suicides reveal neurogenerative changes, which determines the relevance of the search for neuroimaging predictors (suicidal behavior) SB in dementia.

To study predictors of SB (in dementia, due to Alzheimer’s disease (AD), vascular (VD), mixed (MD) based on neuroimaging research.

We examined 213 patients with dementia in АD, VD, MD on a CT, which were divided by the factor of the presence of SB into the main and control groups.

At patients with SB at AD expansion of basal cistern is revealed of the brain (59%), but signs of chronic ischemia in the form of a decrease in the density of brain matter in the projection of the basal ganglia and white matter (67%), dilation of the ventricular system of the brain (51%), more typical for patients without SB. At VD with SB periventricular leukoareosis (67%), expansion of subarachnoid spaces (82%) and deepening of cracks of a brain (67%) are found. Patients without SB were characterized by a decrease in the density of brain matter in the projection of the white matter (73%). At MD with SB expansion of subarachnoid spaces (100%), basal cistern of a brain (87%), periventricular leukoareosis (87%), decrease in density of substance in the brain were registered in the projection of the basal ganglia (100%). Patients without SB with MD had deepening of the brain slits (40%).

Neuroimaging signs in the form of chronic ischemia and pronounced atrophic changes in the brain are factors in the anti-risk of SB in dementia.

Meta-analytic evidence suggests that migrants have higher risk for psychotic disorders. Likewise, growing evidence relate developmental trauma (emotional, sexual, physical abuse and neglect in childhood or adolescence) as a causal factor for psychotic symptoms. However, few studies examine developmental trauma in migrant populations.

The aim of this study is to describe and compare developmental trauma exposure prevalence between immigrant and non-immigrant psychotic patients in Barcelona.

Patients who have presented, according DSM-V criteria, one or more non-affective psychotic episodes, were recruited in Acute and Chronic inpatients units at Hospital del Mar (Barcelona), leading to a total sample of 77 patients. Demographic characteristics of patients, clinical data and main pharmacological treatment were recorded through a questionnaire. Developmental trauma exposure was assessed by Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ). Comparative analysis was performed with IBM SPSS using Chi-Square Test and t-Student test.

From a total of 77 patients, 43 were immigrants and 34 were non-immigrants. Exposure to traumatic events showed significant differences between immigrants and non-immigrant in Child emotional abuse (64,4% immigrants, 35,3% non-immigrant), Child physical abuse (51,2% immigrants, 14,7% non-immigrant), Child Sexual Abuse (41,9% immigrants, 11,8% non-immigrant) and physical neglect (62,8% immigrants, 26,5% non-immigrant). Emotional neglect exposure was no significant between both groups. Total mean CTQ score was 37,53 in immigrants group and 52,60 in non-immigrant group.

According to our results, there are important and significant differences in developmental trauma exposure between immigrant and non-immigrant psychotic patients. These results should be considered by clinicians in order to design assessment program for this population.

Autism spectrum disorders (ASD), is a population that does not usually receive specific treatment.

The main objective of the present study is to evaluate whether specific interventions within the TAVA program (transition program to adult life for patients with ADS), produce significant improvements in the quality of life of young adults with ASD.

This is a prospective randomized clinical study of patients with ASD (according to DSM-5 criteria) seen in outpatient of the Parc Tauli University Hospital in Sabadell (Barcelona) since September 2017. We compared the quality of life, functionality, caregiver burden, and comorbidity of patients in TAVA program (beneficiaries of group therapy and specific medical and psychosocial interventions), with that of control patients (treatment as usual), after 2 years of intervention.

Our sample is composed of 12 patients with ASD. The average age is 18.4 years. 83% of the sample are men (n = 10). 5 of the patients belonged to TAVA and the other 7 were controls. Overall, TAVA patients presented improvement in the ZARIT and BAI scales compared to control patients. The control patients evolved less favorably in the AAA, SRS and RAAS levels compared to TAVA.

Specific interventions in adults with ASD, improve the caregiver’s feeling of overload and the patients anxiety, compared to the usual interventions. The lack of regulated interventions produces an unfavorable evolution of the core symptoms of autism. More studies are needed to specify efficient interventions to improve the quality of life of adults with ASD.

Contextualization: Emotional experiences of psychologists related to the care of suicide crises are important since the health professional has been trained to save lives. It makes him apprehend the aggressive side of suicide and symbolize it as an attack. When the patient’s desire to liveceases, the professional may feel confused, since his/her profession/vocation was confronted.

AIM: To explore and interpret the meanings of emotional experiences reported by psychologists who care for patients in suicide crises.

Strategies: clinical-qualitative design, semi-directed interviews with open-ended questions in-depth. Six clinical psychologists from a Brazilian city participated, with a sample closed by information saturation. Interviews audio recorded, full transcribed and categorized by Qualitative Content Analysis. Results were peer-reviewed in meetings in a Qualitative Research Study Group.

Findings: Three emerging categories - (1) Ambivalent emotions as challenges for clinical management, (2) The non-paralyzing experience of emotions, (3) The management that is learned in practice.

Considerations: assistance to patients with a suicidal crisis can generate ambivalent emotions, not always paralyzing. When recognized and elaborated can assist in clinical practice. It can be tools that will support qualified approaches, especially in relation to suicide. As a public health problem, it demands a combination collective actions with effective individual clinical approaches.

Since COVID19 pandemic emergence, containment measure have been taken by the Tunisian government imposing a new lifestyle resulting in psychological repercussions and a change in behavior.

Highlighting changes of behavior and lifestyle of the general public secondary to the COVID19 pandemic and to confinement and to assess their levels of psychological.

This is a qualitative, descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study realized between April and May 2020 with the general public using an anonymous online questionnaire covering: socio-demographic data; behavior during confinement; epidemic psychological impact; Mental health status was measured using Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale(DASS-21). Anger level was assessed by STAXI-10 items.

132 responses were received: 68.2% were women; the average age 32.01(±11.10); half were single; 77.3% were at higher education level; 41.7% were healthcare professionnels. Consumption increased by 26.5% in coffee, 8.3% tobacco and 1.5% alcohol. 33.3% of participants increased their religious practice. 56.1% experienced sleep disorder mostly women(p<0.05). 91.7% followed COVID19 evolution through media essentially Facebook. Partners relationship was deteriorated in1.7% and improved in 25%. Child abuse increased by 13.7%. During confinement: 15.9%depression (0.8%severe depression), 12.9%anxiety (0.8%severe anxiety), 5.3% stress and 27.3%feelings of anger. Depression, anxiety and anger were related to younger age(p<0.05). Stress wasn’t age related. Depression was observed in participants without children (p<0.05). No association founded between psychological impact and gender, profession and civil status.

The COVID19 pandemic and the containment had consequences on individuals behavior and mental health. A psychological listening unit was launched during the period of confinement to overcome psychological impact.
