Revital Gross was Associate Professor at the School of Social Work, Bar-Ilan University and a Senior Researcher at the Smokler Center for Health Policy Research, Myers-JDC-Brookdale Research Institute. Alan Maynard was Professor of Health Economics at the University of York and the founding director of the Centre for Health Economics.
