This volume contains extended versions of the material presented at the London Mathematical Society Autumn Algebra School, hosted online by the International Centre for Mathematical Sciences in 2020. The content is mainly aimed at starting PhD students, introducing various subjects in algebra that have seen recent exciting developments.
