Esther Johnson and Rebecca Dingley to Captain Robert Dingley, 21 May 1723. Woolley, Corr., vol. II, pp. 312–15.
These are the only surviving letters in the hand of either Esther Johnson or Rebecca Dingley. The MS of the letter is in the Palmerston Papers collection at the library of the University of Southampton, Palmerston Papers BR3/62. Henry Temple, first Viscount Palmerston, was a relation of Rebecca and RobertDingley.
