Summary
I the undersigned Fatumal Keumal Hindu aged 33 years of Hyderabad Sindh do hereby agree to enter the service of Messrs Pohoomull Brothers viz Mr Moolchand, Mr Lekhraj, Mr Sahijram sons of Khiamul on the following conditions.
That I shall serve the said firm for the period of two and a half years to commence on the 2nd day of the month of November 1901 in any place they may be willing to send me at the salary of Rs 45 per month for first 15 months and Rs 50 per month for last 15 months and to be supplied with my daily food by the same firm during the period of my serving them.
That all my travelling expenses to and from any place shall be at the charge of the said firm.
My salary will commence from the date of departure and will be ceased from the date of leaving the destination.
That I bind myself to serve the said firm honestly and faithfully and be obedient to my masters, their managers or persons in charge of their business in any place and at any time I shall be serving and I shall do all the works they impose on me.
The accounts to be settled at Bombay or Hyderabad Sindh where the said masters wish.…
The sum of Rs 25 the above mentioned masters will give here to my parents for the maintain [sic] of family members.
