Copies of primary source materials noted in this book are available at the Duquesne University Archive, Gumberg Library. In addition, a full bibliography is available online through the book's permanent Cambridge University Press Web site and my own personal Web site, https://sites.google.com/site/cliffordbob2/. The bibliography provides active Internet links to primary documents available online. Because many Web pages are not permanent, the bibliography also includes brief excerpts of relevant sections of most primary documents. This will allow other scholars to easily examine my sources, probe my interpretations, and challenge my findings – all with the goal of improving reliability, replicability, and knowledge.
