I conceave theise Indictments were put up before my Lord Chiefe Justice of the Kings bench And there fore I hartily pray his Lordshipp to peruse this Petition and to take notice That I am comanded by his Majestie to send it to him and to desire him to bee very carefull That neither this petitioner nor the Church in those parts receave any preiudice by these vexatious courses. And for these and other matters his Majestie wilbee graciously pleased to take them into consideration in tyme convenient And inioyne such further order as shalbee found expedient.
