Summary

This chapter will focus on the work setting. The importance of understanding cyber misconduct in the workplace will be presented first, alongside the devastating consequences of cyber misconduct in the workplace. After that, a description of the different forms of cyber misconduct in the work setting will be provided. These include cyberloafing, cyber aggression, and cyberbullying. Theories about Dark Tetrad motives for cyber misconduct in the workplace will then be discussed. Finally, the chapter will present research findings about the relationship between the four dark personalities and cyber misconduct in the workplace.
