Summary
Moved to Fowey as a GP trainee, started well, got married and immediately pregnant. Became rapidly unwell, depressed, paranoid, obsessional. Admitted briefly to Bodmin Hospital in Cornwall, under threat of Mental Health Act. Discharged but remained unwell until we moved back to Edinburgh, where my partner had a job. Stigma of psychiatrist taking no notes.
