The books in this series address the conceptual issues and moral problems arising from health policy and the practice of medicine. Issues of a social and political nature facing policy-makers and administrators, as well as issues primarily affecting individuals in medical relationships are discussed. The aim is to bring to the discussions both high of the relevant medical, economic, sociological, and political factors. Only in this way will a proper understanding of the problems be achieved as a basis for sound policies and decisions.
