In recent months the Business Ethics Quarterly leadership team has seen a number of transitions. After many years of dedicated service, Alan Struder (University of Pennsylvania) and Heather Elms (American University) have stepped down as Associate Editors and resumed service as Editorial Review Board members. Alan and Heather both served on the leadership team for over five years. After three years of service as an Associate Editor, Ken Goodpaster (University of Saint Thomas) —who has recently retired from his faculty position—is stepping down as an Associate Editor. Many authors have benefited from the patient, developmental editing of Alan, Heather and Ken over the years and we are grateful for their service. Gary Weaver (University of Delaware) is taking a hiatus from the leadership team and has been succeeded in the Senior Associate Editor position by Bruce Barry (Vanderbilt University). This will mark the first time in over twelve years that Gary has not been an active member of the leadership team (although Gary plans to rejoin the team this summer as an Associate Editor). At the same time, Guido Palazzo (University of Lausanne) has returned to the leadership team as an Associate Editor with primary responsibility for qualitative submissions. BEQ continues to see large numbers of qualitative submissions and now has two Associate Editors with primary responsibility for qualitative submissions (the other being Juliane Reinecke (University of Warwick)). Most recently, longtime Editorial Review Board member Kelly Martin (Colorado State University) has joined the leadership team as an Associate Editor. I am grateful to all of these distinguished scholars for their dedicated service to BEQ and more generally for helping to maintain the highest scholarly standards in the field of business ethics and corporate responsibility.
