The Eastern Division Research Prize was created in 2002 to encourage and reward research. It is open to all doctors of non-consultant grade working within the Eastern Division. The closing date for submissions is March 2004. The entries will be judged by three examiners to include the Chairman, plus one Executive Member and one Co-opted Member. The prize is £500 plus Certificate, and will be awarded at the AGM in May 2004. There will be the opportunity for the researcher to present their work at a later academic programme.
