In the version of this article published in CQ 66.1 (2016), 100–27,Footnote 1 Table 2 was intended to be printed on a single opening, so that the reconstructed text and the apparatus criticus would be legible at the same time, and could be compared with the translation on the opposite page. We regret, however, that Table 2 was incorrectly printed on pages 123-4, which are a recto and a verso, owing to a problem in pagination at the proof stage.
