In the original published article by YoungReference Young1, the reference to “57 per cent” regarding LegCo members should be “44 per cent”:

The Election Committee will now elect 44 percent (forty seats) of all the LegCo members, although any LegCo voter who meets the nomination requirements is eligible to run for these elections.
