In the original publication of this article,Reference Sirleaf¹ a missing endnote and subsequent renumbering of endnotes have created a sequencing error. There should have been an endnote 20, “Id.”, referring to the reference in endnote 19, and the current endnote 20 should have therefore been 21. All endnotes after endnote 19 are therefore off by one in the text. In addition, endnote 106 should not have been present and is missing a call out. The current endnote 106 refers to the reference in 107. The sequencing for the subsequent endnotes from 107 to 109 are thus off by one. The reference in endnote 109 should have been omitted. Endnote 109 should instead have referred to the reference in endnote 108.
