The obituary of Keith Greenaway by Geoffrey Hattersley-Smith (2010) contained some errors in the subject's name, age, date of death and in details of some of the events described. The correct details are:

Keith Rogers Greenway died on 11 April 2010. He is survived by his wife, Hazel, two daughters, Brenda (Serne) and Linda (Greenaway-Blow), three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Greenaway joined the Royal Canadian Air Force in late 1939. Greenaway was awarded the Massey Medal and he became a Premier Member of the Canadian Aviation Hall of Fame in 1973.

We apologise to the relatives of Brigadier-General Greenaway for the errors.
