This is officially my last issue, but in reality it is Catherine Cole's first: a special issue put together entirely by Catherine and her collaborator, Leo Cabranes-Grant. So I'll be brief here and thank the members of ASTR for allowing me to serve as Editor and for everything they have contributed to the journal's continuing success. In particular I would like to thank our partners at Cambridge University Press, whose largely invisible work makes this journal possible: Jonathan Geffner, the production editor who shepherds every single issue through the production process; Michael Gnat, the sharp-eyed copy editor; and Robert Dreesen, the head of the journals division at Cambridge UP, who supports our endeavors in every possible way. I would also like to thank the many people who have worked with me during the past two years on the journal, including Catherine Cole, Ted Ziter, Nena Couch, Katherine Scheil, and David Kornhaber, as well as the members of the Editorial Board, the Publications Committee, and the Executive Committee under Tracy Davis's tireless tutelage.
I'm very pleased to be leaving Theatre Survey in the excellent hands of Catherine Cole. As for myself, I am looking forward to a new—and old—role at Theatre Survey: that of a reader.
