Psychiatric Presentation of a Third Ventricular Colloid Cyst in a Mentally Handicapped Woman

Abstract

A 42-year-old mentally handicapped woman presented with symptoms of affective disorder which resolved completely on excision of a colloid cyst of the third ventricle.
