Jersey & London 1993, $22.50, 278 pp. pb) is by Richard Gardner, a practising child psychiatrist and adult psychoanalyst in Columbia University. Another book published by Jason Aronson is Cognitive-Behavioural Play Therapy (1994, $30, 288 pp., hb) by Susan Knell who is a clinical psychologist and Director of the Diagnostic Assessment Centre of the Child Guidance Centre, Greater Cleveland, Ohio.
