Hyponatraemia and Inappropriate Secretion of Antidiuretic Hormone Associated with the Use of Imipramine

Abstract

Hyponatraemia and persistent urinary excretion of sodium are associated with imipramine, used to treat an elderly woman with depressive illness, which resolved on withdrawal of the drug.
