On Time-dependent Models of the Meteoric Background Complex

Continuous models of the meteoric background complex are discussed and analysed on the basis of observational data on radiants and hourly rates of sporadic meteors. A time-dependent, bi-elliptical model of the true radiant distribution fits the observational results.
