Notification that Richard has granted Adam an acre and a quarter of another half acre from his demesne in Long Crendon adjacent to Adam's courtyard, in exchange for a half acre above Halendon in the east field and a half of another half acre next the land of Elias le Crei, for which Adam gave him a half mark. [1220 × 1231]
