1 To the editions cited by Allen on pp. 4-5 could be added that of Paris (Yolanda Bonhomme, ‘vidua spectabilis viri Thielmani Keruer’), 1533. This edition is not listed in the Ghent bibliography. Its readings agree with those of the seven texts quoted by Allen from possible editions used by the English translator.
