L’étude faite par A.W, PHILLIPS (1954) des différentes formes que peut emprunter une politique de stabilisation ainsi que le modèle à critère quadratique de H. Theil (1964) ont suscité un grand nombre de recherches consacrées à l’application de la théorie du contrôle optimal en politique économique.
