Project groups are being set up to consider how either gender or disability might affect members of the College, both in the life of the College itself and in members' day-to-day professional work. The College is concerned to promote equality of opportunity and to eliminate discrimination on any grounds. If you would like to make a contribution to this work, either as a member of a project group or as a corresponding member, please write to me at the College with a brief outline of your perspective. The project groups are expected to start work in January 2004 and to report on progress at the Annual Meeting in Harrogate later in the year.
