Clover based silages offer an opportunity for both conventional and organic upland producers to add value and improve the marketability pattern of organic hill and upland lambs. The objective of this study was to examine the performance of weaned hill lambs finished on contrasting clover based silages (SIL) supplemented with organic concentrates (CONC) containing varying ratios of wheat and beans.
