Stefan Kirchner
Affiliation:
Associate Professor of Arctic Law and Adjunct Professor for Fundamental and Human Rights at the University of Lapland in Finland; member of the bar in Frankfurt am Main in Germany. His work has focused on the arctic region, and the impact of client change on the region. He is also considering resource issues in outer space.
