1 It may be added that on April 27 adherences to this pact were deposited in Buenos Aires by plenipotentiaries of the United States, Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, and Venezuela. The original signatories of the treaty were Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
