Abstract

The powder diffraction pattern of the new lead-based relaxor material Pb0.95Mg0.26Nb0.60Zr0.03O2.78 is described. The compound has a unit cell of a=4.0508(1) Å. The space group of the material is most probably Pm3m, with Z=1 and Dx=7.657 g/cm3.
