Borges's dream-story is called Ragnarok, and is part of the collection of stories and poems El Hacedor. Jan Kott has described the context in which he conceived the idea for his book on Shakespeare in an article which appeared in French translation in 1985, in the magazine published by Antoine Vitez and edited by Georges Banu, L'Art du Téâtre.
