1. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Australia and the UNTAET, 2001 incorporating the Timor Sea Arrangement as Attachment ‘A’. Adopted on 5 July 2001. The MOU also includes Annexes A to F. Under Art. 1(a), the ‘Arrangement’ also means these Annexes and any others subsequently agreed between East Timor and Australia. The Arrangement will enter into force 30 days after both parties have notified each other in writing that their respective requirements for its entry into force have been fulfilled (Art. 25).
