* This selected survey is intended for the information of international lawyers and law students in and outside the Netherlands about literature on international law published in the Netherlands. For this purpose the term “international law” has been interpreted widely. Thus, articles which include related matters referring to considerations of international law dealt with in these articles, are also listed.

The survey mentions books, articles, inaugural lectures, theses and reports. In order to be included they must be written in Dutch. However, articles, books, etc. written in a foreign language and published in the Netherlands will be included if they have been written by a Dutch author or by a non-Dutch author, who has been working in the Netherlands for some time. Articles dealing with fiscal law, polemology and specific regulations under European Law are generally not listed.

The survey includes in addition two titles from 1974.
