There is an inaccuracy at p. 392 concerning the Netherlands: it ratified on 11 January 1990 as the first State to ratify the San Sebastian Convention, followed by France and Spain; the entry into force for all three States was on 1 February 1991 (cf., OJEC, No. C 17/2 of 25 January 1991, Trb. 1991, No. 15).
