The post-war peace treaties limiting also national freedom of armament, such as those concluded with Hungary, Bulgaria, Rumania, Finland and Italy, which all provide for limitations on ABC weapons (for Italy this limitation was abolished by the Allied Powers in 1951) are not included, nor are the provisions on arms limitation in the Paris Treaties of 1954 (with regard the German Federal Republic) and the Austrian State Treaty.
